Hello, We offer our renovated family home for rent in the sought-after Lafond area, a 10-minute bike ride from the Old Port of La Rochelle and a 10-minute drive from the Île de Ré bridge tollbooth. The very contemporary house offers spacious rooms opening onto the patio and southwest-facing garden. Extremely functional and welcoming, with no overlooking neighbors, you won't want to leave! The area is very quiet, and a bakery, pharmacy, butcher, and Intermarché supermarket are all within a 10-minute walk. A bike-sharing station is also located within a 10-minute walk. Just steps from the velodrome car park, you'll always find a parking space right in front of the house, especially in the summer! The 3.5m x 9m swimming pool (secured by a roller shutter) will offer you refreshment and fun throughout the day. As this is our main residence, you will find everything you need. Belle maison, très agréable à vivre. Terrasse et jardin également très agréables, avec des zones ensoleillées ou à l'ombre à chaque instant de la journée, au calme et effectivement sans vis-à-vis. On a l'impression d'être dans un écrin de paradis, parfait pour se relaxer en vacances. Piscine très propre, d'une belle longueur pour pouvoir nager et dotée d'une petite partie avec seulement quelques centimètres d'eau, parfait pour laisser bébé patauger. Boulangerie, supermarché et petit parc à quelques minutes à pieds, ce qui facilite le quotidien. Accès en voiture très facile et rapide au centre de La Rochelle ou au Vieux-Port/aquarium. Bref, on aurait pû ne pas rendre la maison... ;-)
