Très bel appartement, bien décoré, soigné et très fonctionnel dans une belle résidence. Tout le nécessaire est mis à la disposition du locataire.L'appartement dispose d'une très belle terrasse, spacieuse, avec vue vers la mer mais qui est malheureusement fréquentée par les moustiques. Il faut investir dans plusieurs moyens de protection pour en profiter.Très belle piscine dans la résidence (chaises longues disponibles) avec une vue imprenable vers la mer.L'emplacement de parking (entre 3 murs dans un garage fermé) ne convient pas pour un véhicule de grande taille. Il faut effectuer de nombreuses manoeuvres difficiles pour se garer. L'accès à la résidence se fait par une route étroite et tortueuse qui monte dans la colline et où il est délicat parfois de croiser un autre véhicule.
