Step inside a condo painted in pleasant shades of green, with a gorgeous view of the ocean just steps away on the private balcony. It's just as close as it looks! Guests of this condo are within walking distance of the beach, and there's 330 feet of private beach frontage for guests of the resort to enjoy throughout their stay. When you come back in the evening, you'll be able to step inside central air conditioning and enjoy a favorite movie on the DVD player. Set the bathing suits and beach towels to go in the private washer/dryer, then enjoy cooking up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and flatscreen TV, so you can wind down at your own pace while the ocean rolls by outside.

Not worth the view.

The only pleasurable thing of this entire stay was the view from the balcony. It would have been better with actual usable furniture out there. The furniture was so rusted that we were afraid to sit on them for fear of hurting ourselves from the thick corroded rust on them. I understand that the ocean water causes thing to rust quicker than normal but this looks like it hasn't been replaced in many, many years. The bathtubs were dirty and made you not want to stand in them to shower. The floors were so dirty that a short few steps across the floor and your feet were black from the dirt. The homeowners should honestly be ashamed of themselves for renting this apartment in the condition it is in. Don't waste your money. The view is not worth the money they charge.

Great view!

The condo was in a great location! The condo was clean and had everything needed. Since it was cold, it was nice to have an indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Great visit!

Ok

This condo was clean & in an amazing location. However it needs some attention. The pans, stove, & patio furniture need to be replaced badly. It has a large balcony area but old rusty & broken furniture so sitting out there was definitely not as comfortable. It would be a 5 star rating if those items were all replaced.

If I could book again and get this exact room I would get it every time very clean clean linen no sand all over the floors and bed like my previous overall a great stay we enjoyed
