Maisonnette agréable tres bien située

Sejour tres agréable au calme (les maisons alentours inoccupées). Situation idéale à proximité de la plage, des commerces et des sentiers de balades longeant l'océan. La separation entre le côté jour et le côté nuit peut être gênant mais on s'adapte vite. Une amélioration doit être faite au niveau du ménage et le petit électroménager meriterait d'être remplacé. L'accueil réservé par Interhome est à saluer, tres aimable, à l'écoute et très réactive pour remplacer un grille-pain défectueux

Trop petit et mal équipé

Nous avons été tres surpris de cette maison qui est annoncée avec trois étoiles et qui peut accueillir 5 personnes! l'équipement de la cuisine est trop juste (couverts et ustensiles en nombre très restreint), l'état des poêles laisse à désirer, la salle d'eau n'est pas pratique, et les toilettes ne sont pas séparés. par ailleurs, la propreté de la salle de bain n'était pas au rendez-vous. Heureusement que l'agence interhome est réactive et à notre service. Cette maison est tres bien située.

Maisonnette agréable avec la mer toute proche

Agréable séjour avec en point fort la proximité de la plage , du marché , des commerces, ce qui permet à chacun de trouver son rythme . Maisonnette agréable et petit jardin apprécié .Accueil bien organisé .A noter : Intervention rapide d'Interhome suite à une demande de complément d'ustensiles de cuisine ( ustensiles de base ... )

Maison de bord de mer

Maison très agréable mais dommage qu il n y ait pas de communication entre les chambres et la pièce principale surtout hors saison ou quand il pleut et vu l exposition on ne profite pas trop du soleil et humidité du au jardin et arbres très grands qui mériteraient d être un peu élagué. Sinon séjour agréable à 2 pas de la mer

Gute Lage, jedoch recht ungepflegt

Das Objekt hat eine gute Lage, alles fussläufig innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar, insbesondere der Strand und alle Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Ein Parkplatz gehört auch zum Objket. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir erst einmal einen General-Hausputz vornehmen mussten. Das Objekt war zudem nicht gelüftet worden. Der Garten ist nicht gepflegt und Rasen kaum vorhanden. Für den geforderten Preis hatten wir eindeutig mehr erwartet.

TRES MAUVAISE GESTION

Maison très agréable mais gestion médiocre les poignées de porte maison des chambres et de la douche ne tiennent pas, draps de 1950, protèges matelas sales, pas de drap housse mais draps même pour petits lits draps grande personne. En arrivant barbecue neuf à monter par nos soins inacceptable, le canapé défoncé et manque un pied ! vraiment des choses à revoir avant de louer indispensable ! le fer à repasser ne marchait pas la dame nous l'a changé mais avant les arrivées il faut vérifier tout !

un excellent emplacement mais des prestations minimales

si la location est bien située, il n'y a aucun accueil du futur locataire, une literie déplorable (au point de devoir coucher par terre pour ne pas entendre toute la nuit les craquements des literies enfants), et le salon ne communique pas directement avec les chambres, mais on doit sortir par le jardin pour y aller. salle de bains très petite, mais correcte. Les chambres sont minuscules. La location était sale à notre arrivée, avec de la moisissure dans le frigo et un balai manifestement pas passé depuis longtemps. Cette location est valable pour trois personnes

Rustig gelegen woning op loopafstand van strand

Op de website stond niet vermeld dat deze woning uit twee gescheiden gedeelten bestaat, enerzijds de living met keuken en anderzijds de slaapplaatsen met badkamer. De niet gebruikte slaapkamers diende afgesloten te worden indien met bijvoorbeeld 's avonds in de living zat. Enkele kleine onvolkomenheden aan de woning werden vlot opgelost door de behulpzame medewerkers van Interhome. De inrichting is basic, doch voldoende. Ligstoelen zoals op de foto waren niet aanwezig, wel plastic ligstoelen in de tuin (maar zonder kussens, dus niet comfortabel). Groot pluspunt van deze woning is de rustige omgeving, de groene tuin met prachtige bomen, de locatie dicht bij de zee, een aangenaam strand en het centrum van de badplaats. Alles is op wandelafstand te bereiken (restaurants, winkels, markt) en zeer gezellig. Ook de beschaduwde afsluitbare privé-parking voor het huis is een groot pluspunt gezien de nood aan parkeerplaatsen in deze badplaats.

mooi huizje dicht bij zee

Een mooi en zeer net huisje vlak aan zee. In de beschrijving staat vermeld dat het een vakantiewoning is voor 5 personen maar dat is dan toch niet voor 5 volwassenen. De bbq was er, maar er ontbrak een wiel en was dus niet bruikbaar. Ook één van de 2 transats was stuk en de tweede was niet stabiel. Als de woning voor 5 personen verhuurd wordt zou er toch wat meer en degelijk tuinmeubilair aanwezig moeten zijn.De keukenuitrusting was eveneens zeer basic.
