The condo was very clean and supplied with everything needed for a great vacation on Anna Maria Island. The location was so handy to Walgreens, Alvin’s, and Publix. It’s also two blocks from beautiful Holmes Beach.

Great Location!!!

This property was very clean and close to the beach. It was a short walking distance to the beach and was in close proximity to shopping and grocery store. This property was in a residential neighborhood and the beach was not crowded at all. Overall it was a great place to stay for my family in the best location.

Enjoyed the e condo! Everything we needed was available, including a storage room full of beach chairs, umbrellas and cart. Pool was quiet and only shared with 4 other units. Location is only a block from beach access. We enjoyed our stay!

Great time. Nice location. We stayed two weeks didn't need a car. Beach is a block away, Publix around the corner,lots of great restaurants steps away. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Nice place. Clean. Heated pool, walking distance to the beach. Beach equipment well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a shopping center that had good restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was stocked ok. Might be time for new sheets and towels that were very thin. The property managers were wonderful and right on top of things. Would stay again

i expected more

so, it needs an update. needs some pots and pans. the mattress is old and pitted on both sides. needs a new set. no curtains just white blinds. the quality of the mattress and lights coming in makes for a poor night's sleep. the couch and chair are damaged and dirty. sheets had ruff balls all over them. for what i paid i did expect more. the location was great. the gutters are broken, and the daily rain runs into the parking garage and cause slicks spots. 1 oil slick was very bad when wet. there's a light been flickering nonstop while i was there. i do believe owners need to go and stay a few nights. most of the beach stuff in the room is damaged ,i think people are afraid to threw it away because they might be charged for it. It All just needs some Attention. also need more trash cans. only 4 for 4 condos just not enough for all .

Great location, pool was great, the beds were comfortable. The people taking care of the property were always available with any issues we may have had. I would recommend listing everything that is available with the property like all the beach stuff so people don’t rent unnecessarily.

Short walk (like 1-2 minutes) to the beach!

We loved this property. It was fantastic to go to the beach in the morning and evening and anytime in between. The pool was great, neighbors great, and though the property is a little older, it doesn't really feel that way, the outside is beautiful. There was a power outage after a massive storm our first night, and they handled it right away. I would stay here again. It was incredibly peaceful.

We enjoyed the pool & the close proximity to the beach & restaurants. Unit is a bit small for more than 3-4 people but with 2 bdrms & bathrooms it was perfect for our party of three.
