Small two-story house with great views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. Large terrace for cozy days and evenings incl. Couch and lounge chair as well as seating for 6 people.
Two bedrooms, bathroom upstairs. Combined living - dining area, kitchen and separate toilet on the ground floor. The house is in a complex with its own swimming pool. In-house parking lot. Only a few steps to the village center, where there are bakeries, butchers and grocery stores, as well as cafes and restaurants. There is also tourist information, bank and post office. Open air theater with concerts in the summer time. It is only a few minutes to the numerous beaches.
Suitable for: families with children, non-smoking domicile, pets not allowed. Not suitable for wheelchairs.

Un super séjour
La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Elle est parfaitement agencée et très bien équipées en vaisselles, très agréable quand on reste plusieurs semaines. Proche du centre du village et plages facilement accessibles. J’ai passé d’excellentes vacances

Merveilleux séjour
En effet, la villa est située dans le village de le Croix Valmer, où tout est a disposition.
La plage et ses environs sont des endroits magnifiques sublimés par les vignes et collines.
Nous ne regrettons pas d’avoir loué à cette endroit !

Petit maison - wundervoll
Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen - sehr sauber, gepflegt, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, Strand fußläufiger erreichbar.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Das Haus ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet.
Alles war perfekt gepflegt und es fehlte an nichts.
Die Lage im Ort ist ideal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem liegt das Haus ruhig in einer Privatstraße.
Die Abwicklung verlief unkompliziert. Frau Hermann war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!

Neuwertig geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Häuschen
Wir genossen im Mai 3 Wochen in diesem sehr schönen, neu renovierten und liebevoll dekorierten Haus.
Es ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt über ein besonders schönes Badezimmer u.a. mit Regendusche.
Geschäfte, Pools und Strand sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern verlief sehr einfach und hilfreich.

Wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen
Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus ist schön zentral zum Ort gelegen, so dass man jeden Morgen sich frisches Baguette holen kann, gleichzeitig aber trotzdem so ruhig, dass man vom Trubel im Ort selber nichts mitbekommt.
Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr grün und gepflegt und hat einen schönen Pool. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und hat einen kleinen Garten, der prima zum Relaxen ist. Die überdachte Veranda und eine Markise spenden auch bei viel Sonne ausreichend Schatten. Zum Meer ist es mit dem Auto ein Katzensprung und es gibt viele tolle Strände in der Nähe.
Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und es hat alles super geklappt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Lage und Ausstattung des Ferienhauses entsprechen voll der Beschreibung. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und gepflegt. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Freundliche und korrekte Abwicklung des Mietverhältnisses. Können das Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder.
