Cozy loft centrally located downtown is spacious, stylish and offers all the comforts of home. True loft vibe - exposed brick, high ceilings and big windows. Fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms each with memory foam mattress, plush linens, mounted tvs plus dedicated workspace. Guests will also enjoy: oversized master shower, washer/dryer, restaurants/bars within walking distance. Single parking spot in attached underground garage is included (not ideal for oversized or low vehicles).
Open concept living, dining and kitchen areas with dining table for 8, comfortable couch and full equipped kitchen. TV`s are available for your use in the dining room and both bedrooms. The master and guest bathrooms are full bathrooms and there is a laundry room for your convenience will high end auto dispense washer and dryer.

---> Guests will be charged $50 for unauthorized late checkouts.
Building and loft access is completely keyless. Guests will be provided key door codes prior to arrival and can plan to check in on their own schedule after 3pm.
The parking space in the underground garage is a tight fit and not ideal for oversized or low vehicles. Alternate options include street parking and ground parking lots that are within walking distance.
Access to unit is entirely keyless so the check in process will be contactless. The host is local, however, and available to answer any questions or troubleshoot issues.
Centrally located downtown, walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars and even a grocery store. Busch Stadium is a 4 minute drive or 17 minute walk. The Arch is a 9 minute car ride or 10 minute walk. The Enterprise Center is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Easy access to highways, neighborhood parks, hospitals and concert venues.
Metered street parking from 8am - 7pm. Free street parking on Sundays and holidays. Ample street parking on Washington Ave and secured paid parking lot located across the street.
