Cozy Cabin by the Lake

If you are looking for a comfortable get away for the weekend, a week away from the office, or a relaxing couples retreat, our “Cozy Cabin by the Lake” will be perfect for your time away. Our all wood chalet is set on a wooded drive and steps from private Snyder lake. You can bring your own canoe or kayak OR swim or fish from the small dock. If you like golf, the beautiful Garland Resort is just 4 minutes up the road. Bring your clubs and enjoy our cottage in the evenings once you are off the course. On our deck, you can view the lake, stare at the stars, enjoy a cold beverage or grill up your favorite food with family or friends. Take a walk down quiet private roads through wooded areas or by the lake. Go uptown to Lewiston and enjoy a burger at the Talleys Log Cabin or enjoy the local shops. If you would like to stay inside, we provide Wifi internet, Roku TV or simply play a board game with family and friends. We provide a full kitchen, a loft bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed and bedroom downstairs with a Full and Twin bunk bed. The living room has 2 couches to view the lake from our back windows. Updates are being made continuously to improve your cabin experience. There is not a boat launch. We look forward to having you stay with us.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Hand wash ALL used dishes/pots/pans/glasses and place in drying rack to dry 2. Place all used towels in bathtub.
3. Close AND lock all windows and ensure screens are secured 4. Hard surfaces should be wiped clean and floors free of noticeable debris.
5. Remove ALL trash and place in small dumpster on front/side of shed. 6. LOCK both Lakeside and Roadside doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Early Check Ins or Late Check outs based on availability ONLY upon request. Must be arranged prior. Fee will apply: $50/half hr earlier or later
Fees associated with Smoke or Fire related violations or damages will be a minimum of $3000.
Charges related to damage of individual items in or around the cabin will be a minimum of $100 per item damaged.
