Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Checkout Time: 11:00 AM. 2. Thermostat: Set to 55° in winter or 75° in summer. 3. Fireplace: Please do not use the fireplace on the day of departure
4. Dishes: Wash any used dishes or place them in the dishwasher and start it. 5. Trash: Place trash in the designated bins. 6. Towels: Leave used towels in the bathroom or laundry area.
7. TV/Streaming: Log out of all personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). 8. Lights & Doors: Turn off lights and lock all doors and windows 9. Do not unplug blink security device
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Place all garbage in garbage can located in garage prior to departure
If staying longer than 3 nights, please try and utilize transfer station (address located on fridge) to dispose of access garbage)
NO smoking/vaping on the property. Any violation will incur an additional $500 cleaning fee
