Located in the heart of Bolton, we are within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, beaches, marinas and grocery store. We are so glad we can help you make special memories in Bolton Landing at the heart of Lake George. We offer this comfortable cottage as a beautiful vacation rental for you to enjoy your stay.

We allow private parking in our driveway for 2 cars . No trailers or watercraft of any kind allowed on property unless prior permission is granted from owner ( additional fees will apply )

Requests for late checkout or early checkin will be determined on availability. The hourly rate of extended stay is $50 per hour.
This room does not offer pet/ animal friendly accommodations due to other pets on premises that are not animal friendly. Due to the health and safety and sanity of our guests and our homeowners, we cannot accept other furry friends on the premises and appreciate your understanding .

Nice Little Cottage!

We thoroughly enjoyed this cute little cottage right next to the shops and restaurants in Bolton Landing. The lake and beautiful park were right across the street. It had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend getaway.

Great summer escape!

This cabin was lovely! Clean and modern with lakeside charm—it was perfect for our family trip to Lake George. Steps away from everything in Bolton Landing and right across from Rogers Park beach! Shannon was a wonderful and thoughtful host.

Quiet Getaway

Great little cottage. Clean, comfortable, cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Located right in Bolton Landing, everything was a 5 minute walk away and any sights or activities were less than a 30 minute drive. Great place to get away and relax. 10/10 recommend.

Bolton Landing Gem

Perfect Bolton Landing location. The cottage is really nice. It is perfect for a couple visiting Bolton Landing (or with kids - there is a pullout couch - it is a semi open floorplan). The cottage is steps (literally) from the restaurants/shops and walking distance to the beach/Lake George etc. Joe and Shannon are very hospitable and very responsive. In fact, Joe let us hire him to take us back to Albany Airport (we were able to easily get an Uber from Albany Airport - but there is no Uber/Lyft in Bolton Landing to get you back). We definitely recommend this cottage.
