The front door of this 40 m² apartment opens onto a bright space, thoughtfully arranged and elegantly decorated.

The living room is furnished with a very comfortable sofa bed that can sleep one person, as well as a television.

The dining area features an island that can seat up to four guests and can also serve as a workspace.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bedroom offers a double bed (140 x 200), prepared with hotel-quality linens. A large wardrobe is provided so you can unpack and feel right at home.

The bathroom is fitted with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

The La Chapelle neighborhood, located in Paris’s 18th arrondissement, is renowned for its cultural diversity and vibrant atmosphere. Stroll through its lively streets lined with ethnic restaurants, colourful markets, and exotic shops. Visit the Saint-Bernard-de-La Chapelle Church, admired for its neo-Gothic architecture, and wander through the Butte du Chapeau Rouge Park for panoramic views of the city. La Chapelle is a dynamic area where cultures blend, and the authenticity of Paris is truly palpable.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Marx Dormoy (line 12), is just a 4-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
