All in all we were very pleased with the property, location and being on the lake! We do take exception for the following:1) Our check-in was delayed by 2 hours due to the previous renters leaving a terrible mess, so we were told. When we checked in, the property was clean!2) At check-in, it was noted the master bathroom lights were not functioning and owner would be back to fix. 3 days later after a reminder, the lights were finally fixed.3) Went to use the oven one day and the house filled up with smoke from being filthy.4) The backyard and garage is extremely cluttered.For the most part we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

Lawrence is correct, it took an extremely long time to get this rental cleaned due to the previous renters poor cooking skills and late check out. Lawrence was unhappy with me running late, I never looked in the oven. but the rest of the house was very clean. I don't know what the previous renters cooked in there but I'm sure it smoked when he tried to use it. My apologies. Oven was 100% clean prior to next guest. The light fixture in bathroom was repaired at agreed upon time. I don't perform work or repairs in rentals without guest present unless it is an emergency.

Sam has a great place in a great location! The house is beautiful and the furniture/beds were so comfortable! Would 100% recommend this home to anyone and everyone! I’ve got a close friend that lives near by and will be staying here again for sure!

This was a great house to stay in while visiting my mom nearby. It is close to all necessary services. The house has spacious sleeping spaces and spacious public spaces. the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

We definitely enjoyed the house. Sunsets were magnificent. The upstairs master was amazing, although we did not use it. As SR's we decided not to climb the stairs when there was a nice size bedroom on the main floor. What made it special was the fact our son lives about one mile away, and the drive along the shore line was always great. Thanks Sam, nice meeting you. Will contact you on our next visit! Beautiful stunning lake views!

We loved Sam's space. Great views of Lake Minneola, convenient to our desired activities at Lake Country Rowing Association in downtown Clermont. Ample space for 4 adults. Recent updates give the place a lovely, slightly tropical feel. We enjoyed the occasional drink on the private dock. Already booked another stay later this year.
