Metres from the beach "El Bombo" and shops, it is composed of two bedrooms and a living room fully air-conditioned, an open equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with toilet (shower and bathtub), a terrace and a solarium equipped (barbecue, pergola, tables and sun chairs), a private parking space and two swimming pools accessible by the lift of the building. Tennis golf 100 metres away (Miraflores golf course)
The apartment has wifi (fibre optic) and international satellite TV.
