Our Oceanfront, Mountain and Sunset view is THE most famous on all of Kaua'i!!!

Newly renovated with A/C throughout unit. 4 split Mitsubishi units: one in each bedroom , one in kitchen/dining area and one in living room/atrium area.

If you are looking for the most beautiful, romantic place in the world this may be it! This is one of the few Puu Poa condominium units with the iconic 'Bali Hai' view. Our condo sits on the edge of a bluff, with full unobstructed white water ocean and mountain views that are too beautiful to believe.

The condo (# 311) faces almost due west, so spectacular sunsets over the Pacific Ocean are the norm. The condo itself is huge, over 1800 square feet of interior living space, with

its own additional 22 foot by 18 foot outdoor lanai. There is also a huge enclosed sunroom that actually allows you to enjoy any tropical showers. It is custom decorated in a retro Hawaiian style with many original artist's touches, beautiful tile and granite throughout. There is more than ample furniture to relax and nap in different areas.

Puu Poa is THE premier luxury/view condo complex on the North Shore of Kauai, in Princeville.

Just steps away from our condo is the newly ($250 mil) renovated 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay that open February 15, 2023. This property was formally the Princeville Resort Kauai and more recently the St. Regis Princeville Hotel. The 1 Hotel is a luxury resort that caters to the upper crust of the upper crust — with typical rooms priced at between $1,500 and $2,000 a night and premium lodging going for more than $20,000. There will be 7 restaurants and bars there that are open to the public. The 2 main restaurants that’s will initially open are the 1 Kitchen and the Melina Terrace, the latter a Japanese style restaurant specializing in sushi. There is also a coffee shop off the lobby, called “Neighbors”, open 6am to 4 pm, with nice breakfast dishes and lunch salads and wraps; Coffees, teas and specialty beverages available all day.

There is also a winding path to the unbelievably picturesque Hideaways Beach below our bluff, where there is a nice coral reef for snorkling.

The fabulous 18 hole Makai Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., is also steps from the door. Tennis and pickle ball are available for free onsite at the condo.

Beautiful!

The condo is extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The view at sunset is the best on the island. Check in was very easy and our host Mark was communicative and helpful. Easy walk down to two different beautiful beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and can’t wait to return asap. Mahalo!

This condo was a wonderful way to end our time on Kauai. The location was perfect as a North Shore base, and the amenities were great. It was very comfortable and beautiful. My goal will be to come back someday!

Fantastic Property!

We totally loved the condo, and it was in a perfect location. We watched the sunset nightly over Hanalei Bay nightly from the lanai. We were steps from One Hotel with beautiful grounds, food and views. The condo was immaculate, spacious and well-appointed with everything we needed. The owner provided a wealth of information before we arrived. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

WOW was our reaction when we walked through the front doors. Panoramic views of Bali Hai and pacific ocean from solarium and lanai. If you are a group of 2-4 people book this property! Kitchen/dinging area/living room/lanai are great spaces and very well equipped. The property is in top condition and communications with the owner were simple and very helpful. Don't foget to snorkel at Hideaway Beach which is below the property. Amaing snorkeling with the most healthy coral we have seen in sometime.

Great Location & Condo

The condo's location is perfect. The unit is perched on a cliff overlooking the turquoise and deep blue waters of the Pacific, with access to a gem of a beach, Hideway, just a short walk away. The unit is nice, with AC throughout. One thing to note is that the units in this complex have water leak issues, so when it rains it will rain inside of the unit, albeit restricted to the lanai. This is no a major issue, just imagine you're camping.

Can I give more than 5 stars?

Wowwowwow! The property, the location, the VIEWS and the owner…all top notch! Knowing that our first week of vacation was to take place on Maui before heading to Princeville, Mark was gracious enough to reach out to us to see if we wanted to arrive earlier than planned because of the Lahaina fires. All communication with Mark was clear, timely and helpful. The property itself is exceptional; clean, well-stocked with amenities (in the kitchen and for the beach), a beautiful, LARGE lanai and again, that view! We were fortunate enough to catch many incredible rainbows and sunsets from our lanai each day. This location in Pu’u Poa will be our Go To each time we return to Kauai…thank you, Mark, for helping to make our memories of this trip to Kauai particularly special ones…mahalo!

Perfect vacation!

Seamless check in, superb information from Mark. The view from the lanai and atrium is breathtaking! Excellent A. C....it's one of the reasons we picked this property. It kept the condo cool & comfortable for our stay (along with the many ceiling fans). The path down to Hideaways beach was challenging but doable for me (I'm short with weak ankles and I don't like hiking) in water shoes. My husband and 15 year old son (both quite tall) found it easy in flip flops/ bare feet. In case you're wondering, it was worth it! I can't say enough about what great hosts Mark and Lynn were. Any time i reached out with a question, Mark replied very quickly and helpfully. The space is comfortable, with plenty of places to sit, and a fully stocked and upgraded kitchen (important to us because we like to cook on vacation). The beds were comfortable, and all 3 of us slept really well. Princeville is a great location for exploring Kauai. We have already decided as a family that when we return, we would love to book this unit again. Thanks again, Mark and Lynn!

10/10! We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful condo! The views off of the lanai were unbelievable with sunsets over Bali Hai and the ocean. The swimming in the reef below the condo was the best on the entire island. We swam with so many different fish and TURTLES! The amenities in the condo itself were top notch. The final cherry on top was our host. Mark was amazing and had so many helpful tips and suggestions to make the most of our stay. Check in and check out were a breeze. We will definitely be back! Mark was a truelly incredible host and went above and beyond. We were staying in the unit during the July 2025 tsunami (from the russian earthquake) and Mark was so helpful with giving us super helpful information so we felt safe (our first tsunami). Beyond the tsunami the unit was great and really appreciated it having extra garbage bags, toilet paper, shampoo, beach chairs, cooler, etc. so we really just needed to get food and then we could vacation!

Kauai beauty

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting. Mark's condo was beautifully decorated and the view can't be beat. Mark was also great as far as communication went. He always responded to our questions promptly.Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best but we still had an amazing time! I would definitely recommend Marks condo if you plan to stay in Kauai.

Princeville Deluxe

The incredible views, comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen provided a fabulous setting for a wonderful vacation. After enjoying different beaches in the area we would return to relax either poolside or on the deck. The air conditioning was delightful on hot days. The owners guide and instructions about the condo, the area and restaurant suggestions were thorough and helpful. We shall return.

Piece of Paradise!

Perfect accommodation for our Romantic getaway! But this fully equipt condo had plenty of room for another couple. Everything you need to feel right at home was there. Great appliances for cooking and dining in. Comfortable bedding. Updated furniture. The views are breathtakingly beautiful, and property is located exactly where you want to be on this island. We golfed 5 rounds and snorkeled/swam. All were within walking distance. And a short drive to Hanalei Bay for calmer beach. We will be booking another stay next year. Loved our time there! Oh and the owners were very thoughtful in providing suggestions for dining and activities and any little questions we had. Great property owners!

Spectacular location and best views of Bali Hai!

The condo is perfect! The kitchen had everything, the living rooms were beautifully appointed with comfortable and stylish furniture. I can’t think of anything missing that would have enhanced our stay. We have been going to Princeville for 30 plus years and this is by far the best condominium we have stayed in. You will be quite happy with this choice!!!

Fantastic condo with a spectacular view!

We had an absolutely amazing stay!! This condo was perfection! It was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The sunsets are spectacular and we even woke up to a double rainbow the very first morning! It’s less than 10 minutes from Hanalei and also super close to some of the best snorkeling beaches on the North Shore. The owners were incredibly communicative and helpful both before and during our stay. We will absolutely be back again! Mahalo!

Could not be better

The condominium was as advertised. Beautiful view, convenient location and a well maintained and appointed unit. What really was the icing on the cake was all the advice and suggestions that the owner, Mark, provided. Made the entire vacation planning easy. Simply couldn’t have been a better experience.

The Puu Poa condo complex is the premier condo complex on Kauai. Our unit is one of just a handful at Puu Poa with the iconic Bali Hai view and closest proximity to the ocean. It is large and beautifully appointed. ALSO, One of the few units with A/C throughout the condo (4 Mitsubishi split units). Due west sunset views

What makes this property unique

Lynn and I have a son, daughter-in-law and grand daughters living on Kauai so we come and visit as often as we can. The condo has the feel of a home rather than a 'rental condo package' and it is appointed and equipped like our home. Again, one of the few units with A/C throughout condo.
