We recently stayed at this property to be close to family in the area The property is close to downtown Colorado City and the Garden of the Gods Both are worth visiting and exploring while in the area The property is exactly as pictured. It was very clean and newly renovated. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cooking pans and kitchen utensils. The host was available if you needed anything. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the area.

Wife and I really enjoyed our stay here for a birthday weekend. Place was the perfect size and kitchen was stocked well for at home meals. Location was great too, being so close to a lot of the city amenities we attended. Host was amazing and was quick to help respond to any questions we had! Would stay again when visiting Colorado Springs!

Property in a great location, very close to garden of the gods. We did have a few problems, there was no toilet paper or trash bags for us as well as some of the information in the check-in book was out of date.

Great communication with the host. Had a couple minor hiccups in which the host took care of right away. The stay was comfortable. Could have used a better clean before our arrival. Great location. Simple house, a few minor things (doors hard to close, front door has large gap letting air in, no window coverings on door and kitchen window, laundry door not functional) but all in all worked great for us. Cute place in an awesome location.

I was a bit disappointed here. We initially had a hard time contacting the host at all. But once we got through communication was good. The house was short on furniture like no coffee table. The TV was rather small and hard to see from the couch. Nice outdoor area but no outdoor furniture, no place to sit at all outside. The wi-fi was super slow. There is no railing for the steps coming in (I’m 60). The place is in a great location with easy access Old Colorado City. Everything in the place worked by if you are the least bit OCD some of the things within the house will bother you.

Great home base for exploring the area. 5 blocks from shops and restaurants. 10 minutes to Garden of the Gods. Newly updated old house. Basic kitchen supplies, limited linens. Limited seating. Comfortable beds. Would stay again.

Perfect for a short stay. It was exactly as listed. However, the front door having a huge window with no curtain is a little off-putting; you can see right in. The towels also need to be replaced; they left blue fuzz everywhere. And there were small gnats/fruit flies in the bathroom. Otherwise, it is a good, cheap vacation rental experience.
