New house on 2 levels of 200 m2, located 10 minutes walk from the superb Punta Capicciola beach, between St Cyprien beach and Pinarellu island. On the garden level are 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and a dormitory for 4 people), each with its own bathroom and ceiling fan. Upstairs is the fully equipped kitchen with a wine cellar, the living room with a television and ceiling fan, and a 4th bedroom with its own bathroom and ceiling fan, opening onto the terrace with a swimming pool and sea view. The terrace offers a heated swimming pool, a dining area with tables and benches, an aperitif area with a banquette, and a sunbathing area with 8 sun loungers. The house is air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi, a pétanque court, foosball, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, sea and maquis views, and is very sunny with a southwest exposure. Linens are provided. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Un immense merci pour ce séjour inoubliable ! La villa était tout simplement exceptionnelle, digne d’un véritable film…Une grande villa spacieuse, avec des chambres magnifiques, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et un souci du moindre détail. Tout était parfait : la vaisselle, l’électroménager, le grand salon, sans oublier la magnifique piscine qui a apporté une touche magique à notre séjour.Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement Claude pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, ainsi que Monsieur Gauthier, le propriétaire.Nous recommandons vivement cette villa, où tout est réuni pour passer des moments inoubliables.Encore merci pour tout, et à bientôt avec grand plaisir !Mr Ventura
