Start making memories right away!

Listed prices show in USD, but because I'm Canadian, payment is processed in CAD. Your card statement will reflect a CAD charge converted at the exchange rate in effect on the day of the transaction. Excellent property! Enjoyed many features of the house but the upper front porch looking at the ocean was our favorite. House is well stocked and plenty of paper products. Could use a few new towels but we we managed. Richard’s was great to work with and responded quickly with answers. We would like to have rented the house the same week next year but was sad to find it was already booked. Overall 10/10

We love this beach house. It’s clean , spacious, it’s near the beach. This is our third year there and we plan on a fourth. The kitchen is well stocked. The host takes care of any issues very quickly. I recommend this property.

We enjoyed our family vacation in this beautiful beach house. It was so convenient being across from the beach, and we enjoyed the views from the house. The house was very clean when we arrived. Richard was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. This was one of the best houses we’ve rented.

This is the second time we rented this property for a family vacation, and we could not be happier with it. It has plenty of room for our whole family, it is very clean, has everything we need, and works perfect for us. It is very conveniently located just down the street from local shops and right across the road from the beach. It was a very easy walk even with a baby in a wagon. The host communicated all instructions well in advance, and made for a seamless trip.

Perfect for large families, open concept, lots of hang out areas. Nice kitchen with double oven, great for feeding a crowd. It was off season but we warmed the beach, flew kites, collected shells, and took advantage of the porch rockers to relax enjoy the view. Would definately stay there again.

This is our 4th year, we could not be happier. Tthe house is big with room for 10 old ladies. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots and pans, knifes and serving pieces you’ll need. Great place for our quilting/knitting/needlepoint retreat. We’lll be back.

Great house for our annual cousins weekend. Off season it was very quiet. Across the street from public access ways to the beautiful beach! Host was extremely responsive to inquiries. House is beautiful, well kept and furnished. Plenty of room to spread out and bonus of garage parking!

Beautiful, spacious home…many rooms to enjoy. We all enjoyed the fireplace during our winter break stay…it is close to Kennebunkport and Oguinquit for shopping and nice restaurants. Walked the beach…beautiful sunrises..Great for families…basket of blocks for kids and books in bunk room were enjoyed by our grandsons. Thank you for sharing your awesome beach home.
