Focal point is the outstanding pool area with several rest areas, a pool and spa and the covered lanai, featuring an outdoor kitchen. But also you have breathtaking views from the big balcony on the second floor. The boat dock right on the water offers additional sitting and tanning space. Fast Gulf access for the boaters.
