This property is a gem! It's nestled up next to the bluffs where there are a good amount of trees. The property has a lot of acreage with grass. We had fun playing football and we brought some yard games. The hot tub was nice. There is plenty of parking with the long driveway. Inside is spacious. There are tv's in every room. The kitchen is well stocked. The patio is huge and nice for outdoor dining and soaking in the sun. The manager, Tom, communicated well and made sure we were comfortable. I will be staying here again.
We were visiting extended family for thanksgiving and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for us and our three kids and their spouses. The location was beautiful! Highly recommend!!
The location of the house was perfect. It was like being in a National Geographic picture book.
The house was perfect for my family. The kitchen was fully equipped and the backyard deck and barbecue was perfect for dining outside. The best recommendation is that we will go back to this house when we visit my daughters family that lives in Grand Junction.
Wow, just wonderful. We really enjoyed the size of the house and the size of the property. Scenery was quiet and beautiful. We didn't leave much but when we did it wasn't very far to get to all the ammenities in town. Thanks Tom, we met you briefly but you were very helpful and kind. Thanks so much for a great place to stay for a graduation weekend.
This house was perfect for our family! Although it is not wheelchair accessible, it is definitely Limited Mobility Accessible! My mom uses a walker and my sister has mobility limitations as well, including difficulty with stairs. Both were able to utilize all of the living space on the main floor with zero difficulty. The main floor shower was especially helpful due to the built in bench and extra hand held shower head!
We enjoyed the deck every morning and evening. There is so much shade on different parts of the deck at almost anytime of day, you could always find a time to enjoy it. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet which made the outdoor space even more enjoyable. We would definitely rent this property again if we make it back to the area!
Off the beaten path, well-maintained home that worked well for our group. Close to biking routes and great views. Responsive and friendly owners. We recommend!
We traveled from 3 different areas to meet in the middle. We loved the rural setting as we mostly wanted to just be together. We were close enough to Grand Junction to get groceries etc. Also there was the Kindred reserve and Two Rivers Winery less than a mile away. The beds were nice the kitchen was great, but the best part was the decks.
Great house that was perfect for our family get together. Wonderful views of the Bookcliffs and Grand Mesa. Had fun watching the deer walk freely around the property.
Great place for get together with local family- plenty of parking, lots of outdoor seating with beautiful views; lovely unique decor
Excellent communication with owner- left lovely floral arrangements!
This place is the first I've stayed that had lots of cupboard space for our food- didn't have it strewn all over the counters like at most stays.
This home was so inviting and relaxing! The property was beautiful perfect for outdoor entertainment and family time. I can't say enough good things about our stay!!!
Great location and spacious house with nice views and a sweet deck. We were pleasantly surprised by the disc golf baskets around the house but super bummed to find the hot tub not working after a long day on our bikes. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the utensils we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Overall a great place!
Such a beautiful home. It's in a very nice quiet area. Loved hanging out in the hot tub and enjoyed the beautiful kitchen. Will be back.

I moved to Grand Junction from Chicagoland (St. Charles) in 1985. I've enjoyed a great career as a REMAX real estate agent over the past 20 years. I love turning folks on to this magnificent area. I'm also an avid mountain biker, skier, fly fisherman, and musician so Grand Junction has always been the perfect fit for me. Where else can you Mountain bike, ski, golf (2 minutes away Tiara Rado), & fly fish in the same day? We're very fortunate to have such incredible access to such a diverse area. I'm sure you'll have a great time while visiting. Please don't hesitate to ask me about my recommendations on what to do and see during your stay.
Why they chose this property
I've owned this property since the early 90's, and I never get tired of the awesome views, and recreational opportunities that are literally around every corner. Super relaxing area with no noise or distractions to make your vacation stay a memorable one. Enjoy exploring the many facets of the beautiful Grand Valley.
