Light, Bright, and beautifully appointed River Home that features 3BR, 2.5 BA starting with a King bed and master bathroom with shower and garden tub. There are 2 additional bedrooms one with a Queen bed an attached half bath and the other has a queen bed with water view. There is also a den with a TV and pull-out couch for extra sleeping or some quiet tv time. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the enclosed back porch or step outside to the covered area with rockers and lounger to take in the views. Enjoy your meals at the dock that has a picnic table, table and chairs and a swing to soak in the day! The dock has a boat lift and the canal is DEEP WATER ACCESS , it is also equipped with a commercial ice machine which is great to fill your coolers before a day on the boat and fish cleaning station for all your catches. This home has a gas grill to enjoy your catch of the day outside at the beautiful water from home. Enjoy the evenings with a fire-pit to relax and make s'mores while overlooking the water and create a great end of the day experience for the family.

The home is less than a 100 yards from the channel and a few minutes by boat or kayak to the Homosassa Springs. Less than a mile to the Homosassa State Park where you can see manatee, birds and the underwater fishbowl along with a Hippo and Florida native animals. There are also popular Grocery stores, Restaurants including the famous Crumps Landing, Marguerita Grill, Florida Cracker & Monkey island and Wild Sassa Taco food truck within a few miles from home. Wind down at the end of the day with a twisty treat ice cream stand located just minutes from the home. Also visit Downtown Crystal River for great shops and more great food just a short drive from the home. Home is located on a Quiet Corner Canal lot within a family friendly area . There are No Bridges allowing all type of boats direct access to river and ocean and local boat ramps are nearby.

Local marines offer pontoon boat rentals to take on the water, catch fish from the dock, or kayak over to Homosassa Springs with the kayaks provided. For the less adventurous just sit back and relax on the dock for the day and grill out your dinner on the porch. Smart Lock Access with digital key code created personally for each guest!
