Stone house near the ocean

Come and enjoy your holidays in this bright, recently renovated stone house. The house is located in a peaceful, natural setting less than a kilometre from Tréogat beach (surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, land sailing, etc.) and less than 500 metres from the famous GR34 hiking and cycling trail. It has a garden, ideal for summer meals/barbecues and relaxing naps. You'll hear the sound of the waves, a complete change of scenery guaranteed. The house has been designed for holidays with family or friends. Accommodation description: Capacity: up to 8 people, but more comfortable for 2 to 6 people. • 1 bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. • 2 mezzanines: • one with a double bed. • the other with a double bed + a sofa that converts into a double bed (very comfortable, it's our reading nook & nap). Access to the mezzanines is via ladders. This contributes to giving the house a playful, cabin-like feel! However, we decline all responsibility in case of an accident. Children must always be supervised when going up or down the mezzanines by an adult. The baby gate we have installed at the entrance to the large mezzanine should not replace adult supervision. Another note: We will not charge a cleaning fee. You must leave the accommodation as clean as you found it :)
