The property was perfect for our brief stay. The close walk to the beach was amazing, and the pool with the heated hot tub was icing on the cake. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Everything was very clean, the pool and hot tub were relaxing and beautiful, the beach was a 3 minute walk and the owners had great communication from the day I booked! Tons of beach gear, including a wagon to pull it all. We will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you Tomas and Christa!

The house with pool and hot tub was amazing. The house is clean, beds comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent most of the time in the pool and hot tub. The beach is very close and walkable,with beautiful shells to collect. There are tons of excellent places to eat. The location was great. The hosts were responsive and provided clear communication. Best trip we have had in a long time!

We visited Cocoa Beach in March and had the most amazing time! The weather was absolutely perfect, which made the trip even better.The house was wonderful and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. One of the highlights for our family was definitely the pool. My kids loved it so much and wanted to spend every minute in there!We had such a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to come back!

The house was so comfortable and homey. Absolutely loved the pool and hot tub for when the nights got cold. The best part is the beach was less than a minute walk away! First time seeing and being the ocean. Glad we could have this experience was included in The Oasis House!

The location was fantastic, quiet but still walkable to the village. The pool is incredible, very helpful signs of how to work it. The host was very responsive!

The host was very responsive, the house was pleasant with a nice layout, the pool and hot tub were very well maintained (shout out to JJs Pool and Spa Sevice), and the proximity to the beach could not be beat. It is a great location for watching launches- 3 minute walk to the beach for a perfect view.

This beautiful and immaculately maintained home sits only one street away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Our hosts were so nice and they responded quickly to any request. The pool and spa definitely worth every dime you spend in booking your vacation at the Oasis house. You need not look any further for a place to come relax and regroup in Cocoa Beach.

Fantastic location and nice private backyard. Very quiet area of Cocoa Beach. Just a short 1/2 block walk to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you could need. Beds were comfy. Nice TV area for relaxing after a long day in the sun. Pool was fantastic and the hot tub was perfect for the one slightly cool night we had. Don't hesitate to rent this cute little beach house. As a fellow vacation home renter, I appreciate the quick replies to any questions we had. Really nice people to rent from.

We absolutely loved staying here! The area was so peaceful, and the pool was a huge hit with our kids. The house is just a short walk to the beach while still being super convenient to restaurants, stores, and everything else nearby.The house was stocked with pretty much anything you could need — especially the kitchen and beach items like chairs, a wagon, umbrella, etc. We even left behind some pool floats for the next family to enjoy!The host was also very quick and helpful anytime we had questions, which we really appreciated. We’re already planning to come back!

Very cute property! Very close to the beach! Had a great time here for a week. Backyard is relaxing and inviting. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Had some house cleaning issues upon arrival, but host responded quickly and was easy to work with. Would stay again.

The Oasis House was fantastic. It is about a 4 minute walk directly to a wonderfully quiet stretch of beach. And when you are done at the beach you can come back to the home's pool and patio area which really is a private oasis. As for the fundamentals, the home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the basics were all provided. If we ever come back to Cocoa Beach we will look here first.

Everything was very nice. Our family enjoyed the pool, spa, and ping pong table. It was great that the property was so close to the beach. Highly recommend this property. Will not disappoint.

Our two-week stay at the Oasis House was wonderful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were quite comfortable. The proximity to the beach and the great outdoor space (pool & hot tub) allowed us to enjoy the Florida sunshine every day. The hosts were extremely responsive and immediately took care of the two issues we noticed upon checking in, which was a pleasant surprise, since it was a holiday week. The Oasis House the perfect spot for us to enjoy our vacation. We look forward to staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oasis house! This was the nicest pool/hot tub we ever had. It was a bonus that there was an area in the pool to place an umbrella and still be in the water for those of us who burn easily. We had some rain so the ping pong table and darts was a lifesaver. Another bonus was being only a three minute walk from the beach! So nice. The kitchen was well stocked but would have appreciated some more cupboard space to store food we bought. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here!

We love our stay at the Oasis!

The house was perfect and at a great location. Tomas was a wonderful host. They have thought of everything from the linens to the beach gear, game tables and furnishings and more. It truly is an Oasis.

AMAZING

Just the perfect place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Literally a 2-3 minute walk and you’re relaxing on the beach but also has the added bonus of the pool and hot tub on the property that we also used each day. House was great and host was attentive and quickly responded to any questions.
