Bright sunny modern Condo /6 month lease
Beautiful light abundant condo with views of the foothills and numerous trails across the street leading into hills, and a short walk to Wonderland lake.
Steps away from fine dining and coffee shops and a 10 min bus ride to downtown Pearl St
This fully furnished beautiful South facing Condo can be your perfect summer hang out to vacation in or if you are relocating to Boulder a home until you get a feel for the town and find your own home. It is available for 6 months, spring to fall every year, and more time can be arranged if there is a need for it.
The upstairs floor has the Master Bedroom and a Study/ Loft overlooking the living room with large windows and vaulted ceilings.
The Guest Room has two very comfortable mattresses (full) that can be separated and used as two different beds.
The Living Room is spacious with beautiful views of the Flatirons air conditioning and ceiling fan. Gas fireplace.
