The large, well-kept and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, weather permitting open from approx. Mid-June to approx. Early September) and the tennis courts (extra charge). The subtropical plant growth, the gigantic unobstructable sea view, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large, sunny balconies are wonderful. Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the enclosed complex. Free parking is available outside the residence. Note: For our high number of parents in this residence, there are mainly two reasons (quality and rental price): these are usually furnished with tasteful private apartments.
