Within walking distance of the historical center of Germignaga, with its cafes, shops, restaurants, etc. within 400 meters. Adjacent to Germignaga is the neighboring village of Luino with its famous weekly market, the spacious promenade and the landing stage of public passenger shipping. This gives you the opportunity to explore many interesting excursion destinations from the water. From the living / dining room of the approximately 60 m² house as well as from the sun terrace with awning, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the beautiful landscape with the peaks of the Swiss Alps and the wooded slopes of the Piedmontese shore. You can park your car directly at the house on a partially covered car parking space within the enclosed property. House division: living / dining room with pull-out sofa bed for 1 person (or two toddlers), SAT-TV, breathtaking sea view and exit to the terrace kitchen with microwave and wonderful sea view bedroom with double bed (single mattresses) 2. Soweit war alles in Ordnung. Zum Bemängeln gibt es die Müllentsorgung. Diese ist eine Katastrophe. Müllkalender von 2024. Kein Mülleimer in der Wohnung. Vor dem Haus waren alle Müllbehälter ( Grün für Glas, Blau für Karton und Braun für Biomüll ) voll mit Restmüll. Viel Müll auch am Strandbereich neben dem Anwesen. Auch dort wurden die Städtischen Mülleimer während unseres Aufenthalts nie geleert. Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Kein Toaster.

Haus liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Küche sehr spartanisch, Kein Toaster, kein Backofen. Kein Staubsauger, ein Besen für innen und außen. Ein Fenster lässt sich nicht schließen, ist bekannt. Fliegengitter nicht überall. Eine nette Steinbank, trotz Polster, nicht bequem, wenn man TV schauen will. TV mussten wir selbst zum Laufen bringen. Ausblick sehr schön,Strand allerdings für Hunde und Kinder nicht geeignet, da überall Glasscherben liegen. Es gibt keinen Plan für den Müll. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort, davon hatten wir SECHS Tage kein WARMES Wasser !!!! An drei Tagen haben wir auf Techniker gewartet. Nett war, dass 2 Flaschen Prosecco vor der Tür standen. Auch, dass es immer Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser gibt, ist bekannt gewesen!!!! Wie uns von den Leuten vor Ort bestätigt wurde. Es gibt keine Entschädigung. Für uns ... NIE MEHR !!!!

Trotz guter Kommunikation mit der Reinigungsfrau

1.Während der kompletten Mietzeit lagen 2 große nicht entsorgte Müllbeutel und 2 nicht entsorgte Mülleimer der Vorgängermieter im Carportbereich-bei Hausübergabe war die übergebende Frau nicht bereit, den Müll mitzunehmen und zu entsorgen !—2.Das Haupthaustor im Carportbereich war nicht abschließbar:der Schlüssel war und ist abgebrochen!!—3.Das Tor zum Strand klemmt und ist nicht abschließbar!—4.Das Warmwasser der Dusche funktionierte zeitweilig nicht!

Tolle Lage, direkt am See. Hierfür gibt es volle Punktzahl. Leider ist das Objekt nicht wirklich in Schuss, es gibt einige Dinge die Reparaturbedürftig sind (insbesondere die Lichtschalter und Steckdosen! Für Kleinkinder ein NO GO). Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach bis mangelhaft. SCHADE, für die tolle Lage!

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Lago Maggiore. Gepflegtes Häuschen mit einfacher Ausstattung.
