The 3-bedroom apartment, lovingly furnished with attention to detail, is located in the basement of a well-kept 3-family house, only about 100 m from the lake and the beach. It is a sunny, central and quiet location close to the Giona Park (see above). The shops for daily needs as well as restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. are within walking distance. On the beautiful lakeside promenade you can walk to Luino on foot. There are also good rail, bus and ship connections from Maccagno. In about 300 m you arrive at the mooring for ships, which regularly run on the lake and transport you almost everywhere. The well-equipped apartment has an approximately 100 m² private sun garden (with children's swing), where you can enjoy meals and relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The living room is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster, thus offering every comfort. A washing machine is also available.
