The resort has a cafe and a Tiki Hut next to the beach. Located in the heart of Destin, you are close to a variety of restaurants, groceries, and shopping.

We had a great stay at Pelican Beach Resort! The host was a great communicator and the condo was clean and perfect for the 4 of us! We loved the gulf view from the balcony and the ease to get to and from the beach! The pools were very nice and clean and the tiki bar was great for an early evening drink! This condo was a wonderful stay! The beach chair service was great, loved the cafe food options for breakfast and lunch, as well as the tiki hut convenience on the beach! Kids took advantage of the pools and hot tub. Unit was very clean and I appreciated the leftover previous guest sunscreen. This was a last minute get away and it was easy, comfortable, clean and wonderfully relaxing!!

Well-equipped condo - great location

The condo is well equipped in the kitchen and some bath towels were provided. You may want to pack extra if you have more than 4 people staying, especially wash cloths. Excellent location in Destin and the beach was so nice! Would recommend and we would definitely stay here again. Joan the property owner was quick to respond to any of my messages too. Overall, it was a good experience.
