This apartment was just the right distance from the campus for a tour we took. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was relaxing and cool after walking up and down all the hills on our tour! Great place to stay.

I stayed here for 8 days and had an excellent experience. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the host was professional and accommodating. The bed, towels, and amenities exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed, including dishes, glasses, cookware, and all the comforts of home. The area felt very safe and was conveniently located near many attractions. I truly felt at home during my stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean condo, comfortable beds, and a great location for anything happening in Fayetteville! The host was very communicative as well. The garage space was super helpful- I was moving my daughter into the dorms and we were able to organize everything in the garage. We had a great visit!

This property was very clean and well stocked with linens and dishes etc. The host was very nice, respectful and responded very quickly. It is a very good location and quiet neighborhood. Everything worked great.We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Arkansas.

Really cute townhouse in Fayetteville. Spacious, clean and very accommodating. Two car garage that comfortably fits two vehicles. Responsive and clear communication with management. Very happy with our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Kelly’s place! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the highway for convenience. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 14 yr old to stay for a baseball tournament. Because the townhouse is right next to the highway, there was constant car noise but it didn’t bother us since we sleep with sound machines. I loved that it has full length mirrors in the bedrooms (something that is missing in most of the homes we’ve stayed in) and I think the only thing we needed that wasn’t there was a tea kettle. We will definitely consider staying here again if we’re in town for another tournament!

This is the perfect place when visiting the Fayetteville area. Very nice and extremely clean. All the amenities and comfortable beds! Would highly recommend not to pass up when looking for a place.

Great place to stay. Thanks for having coffee supplies; that is a nice touch! The use of a garage is wonderful! It is a three story, so beware if climbing stairs is hard for you. Overall, the layout of the house is great with the bedrooms being on the top floor. It had everything we needed. Thanks!
