Rovinj. The studio is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment IST ROV 031 (3 people) is located in the same house. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
