This is a gorgeous home filed with fine art and eclectic luxurious furnishings. The kitchen is equipped for a chef with high end kitchenware and great appliances. The living room has a velvet sofa and chairs and wonderful art books for your enjoyment. This bright home has large windows with fantastic views that give you the feeling of being up in the tree tops. There are three bedrooms with new high end mattresses, bedding and both feather and memory foam pillows. The owners suite has a king bed, private bath and private balcony. The other two rooms each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom. the home is very close to Biltmore Village and the Biltmore Estate, 7-10 minutes to downtown, 3 miles to Mission Hospital and is just a mile to multiple breweries. Its also convenient to both highways 240 and 40. There is a train that passes through the neighborhood. The train blows its horn and can be heard in the home. High quality and comfortable earplugs are provided for light sleepers. This home has a basement apartment with a separate parking area and entrance that is not included.
Guests say this is their favorite rental yet and that the home has a peaceful lightness to it. We frequently get repeat visitors.
