A charming former fisherman's cottage, it offers a warm and authentic atmosphere.
With its 80 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and is located just 300 meters from the Landriais slipway, where swimming is still possible.
The master bedroom has a 140x190 cm double bed for restful nights. A second bedroom is furnished with four 90x200 cm single beds, perfect for accommodating children or friends in a convivial space.
Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
You will enjoy a functional bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, and a filter coffee machine for easy meal preparation. A washing machine is also available, ideal for longer stays. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed.
Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant terrace and garden, perfect for soaking up the sun and sharing convivial moments.
