A fireplace with flat screen TV overhead draws everyone together for quality time watching a movie or TV show or playing a game together. The fully equipped kitchen features a mix of stainless steel and black appliances, as well as generous cupboards and drawers to hold everything you need. Expansive counter and prep space includes a breakfast bar with seating. Enjoy your snacks or meals in the dining area set for four.

After a long day playing at the beach, shopping, or exploring, you'll appreciate the comfy king bed in the primary bedroom with en suite, and there are 2 comfy twin beds in the second bedroom as well as a full hall bath. Outstanding property

Exceeded our expectations. Property was throughly cleaned, corner unit that overlooks the golf course and lake out back. Everything was great and hope to return to this property again on our next visit to Hilton Head Island.

This was our 4th visit to Hilton Head. We have stayed at Evian each time and always enjoy the attractive condo units and close access to the beach. This visit was no different. I highly recommend staying at Evian when in Hilton Head.

Hilton Head Newbies

We enjoyed our stay at the shipyard. The condo was as advertised. Had a hiccup with the a/c but the service person was there within the hour. Amazing!! Just wish there would have been more beach gear to use. Both the umbrella and the boogie board were broken. A list of favourite spots would have been welcome but we managed to find our way around. Book bikes before you arrive. We will be back to the island. Was a great stay.

Great week in Hilton
