Welcome to Park St. Retreat—a fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with all-new furnishings and modern touches. Perfect for outdoor lovers year-round, with hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and more just outside your door. Steps from the Heritage Trail, RAMBA bike trailhead, and snowmobile routes. Teal Lake is minutes away, and Marquette is a short 20-minute drive.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, and more. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed (3 total), and the primary suite includes a twin daybed—great for extra guests or kids.

Enjoy quiet mornings on the front porch with rocking chairs, or unwind on the back patio with a grill, outdoor dining set, and umbrella. The large yard is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Central UP location for Family Vacation

Wonderful house for a family vacation. Easy access to all our activities and everything we needed. Hosts had excellent communication. We will definitely book our next UP vacation here again!

This home was beautiful, very clean, renovated, and well maintained. The owners are also the property managers and make the rental process very easy. They are extremely kind people who have worked hard to do something great for the community and their family. The home has everything you may need, coffee, tea, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and more.

Perfect for a big family

There are six of us that travel, so we prefer to travel light. This place is clean and has all the extr things we need. Close to everywhere and most importantly the family we are visiting.

This home was just what we needed. Cute on the outside and nicely decorated inside. There were even fresh flowers on the dining table! It was in a good location for our adventures.

Great stay for work.

I had some issues making the reservation which was not at all the homeowners fault, the VRBO app is to blame for that. I had great communication with the owner. The heat ended up not working when we got there, but the owner was quick to get it fixed which I was very thankful for as it was in the 30s the following two nights of our stay. Hopefully if it's available we can stay here in the future for work.

What a little gem!

My husband and I came up to visit our son at NMU, and brought our teenage granddaughter. This house was perfect for us! We had planned on 5 people, and it would have been plenty big enough for all of us. The neighborhood is cute and quiet, and the house was really easy to find (looks just like the photo!) It was stocked with everything necessary for our stay. The house is beautifully remodeled and neat as a pin. In the past, we have only rented waterfront properties, and we were not sure about a neighborhood home. Going forward, we will try to rent this property every time we come north to visit our son. This is an amazing find! My granddaughter wanted me to post that there is hot water for days!!! She took a loooong hot shower both nights, and the water never got cold. I would highly recommend renting this house if you need a place to stay in the area. There is so much to do and see in this area. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Family Vacation Home

Lovely house in the center of Ishpeming. Plenty of space for 3 generations of family. Easy drive to the sites in Marquette and surrounding areas. Convenient laundry on the main floor. A perfect home base for a week of UP vacation!

Adorable, clean, well-designed home

This was a beautiful place to stay for a conference at Northern Michigan University and a few days exploring the Marquette area. Everything was so thoughtfully designed and comfortable and the host was very responsive to questions. Absolutely recommend and would stay again!

We stayed at this property for LSPR. It was a good midway point for our activities. We were able to park our truck and car trailer on the street and our recce vehicle in the driveway. The house was updated and had everythng we needed. Property manager was quick to respond when needed.

I'd come back in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at this property. It was spacious and clean. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom situation was quite nice. I felt very comfortable here during my stay and would look to book it again next time I'm in Ishpeming. Additionally, AC is not shown in the listing but there are two window units - one in the upstairs and one in a downstairs bedroom. We didn't need them but I thought future renters should be aware that they are there.
