This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is perfect for your stay at the beach.

Large kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertop, spacious living room and two balconies for you and your family to relax. Enjoy your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while you take in the beautiful ocean view, as the dolphins and birds go by. Located on the 14th floor, this lovely condo is perfect for a very enjoyable family vacation. This resort has many amenities including pools, hot tubs, saunas and fitness room. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. This beautiful condo can comfortably accommodate six people for a very enjoyable vacation. Close to shopping, golf, restaurants and many attractions.

Clean and spacious is good. Normal wear and tear is, well, normal, and that is why maintenance is ongoing where the humidity, wind driven sand and sun are always present. The things you broke have been replaced and the property is lovingly curated and primed for our next guests. Hopefully, they will be as open and helpful as you. Do come back and see us again.

The resort amenities were wonderful - we loved that they had several hot tubs and pool options for the kids so we could always get a little extra space. Hosts were great and we had everything we needed! There’s even extra sand toys, goggles, and boards in the closet for kiddos. Great stay!!

The view had to be the most impressive thing about this property. As far as the cleanlines, I was very disappointed. There was tape on the shower’s floor, stains on the mattress and comforter and overall just now the cleanest environment to be in especially if that is what you’re used to. The host did give very detailed instructions for check in and even gave us a bottle of wine for booking but I will not be booking again just simply due to the cleanliness.

We can not understand why we were not notified immediately of these concerns, especially since our detailed instructions specifically asked to be contacted immediately with any questions or concerns. How different your stay might have been. The wine and chocolate we leave are not tokens of gratitude as you imagine. They are, in fact, welcome gifts to all of our guests, freely given to encourage wonderful, hospitable stays. The possibility of verifying your claims is passed now. We are glad the view was satisfactory.

Everything with the unit itself was good. Check in was easy, it was clean for the most part (gummy’s or something stuck on the living room floor and the walls by the windows could use a good wipe down as well as the bathrooms.) The water pressure in both showers was very low. The views were great. Our day of arrival, we found the ac wasn’t working properly. The owners responded quickly and ensured it was fixed the next morning! They also checked in to make sure it was still working properly after. The beds were comfy! The resort itself was slightly outdated and wasn’t as clean as we were expecting, especially the pools. The pools were also a lot smaller than anticipated and the hallways had a very strong smoke smell. The location is a little farther away from everything, requires a good bit of driving to get to most things. Overall, we were pleased with our stay!
