Cozy, Comfortable, and Classy Cottage!

What can I say...it was everything and more than we had hoped for! I could list all the amenities, but it would take an entire page. Just know that if you stay here, you will have everything you need. The wonderful owners, Lang and Kit, are easily reached if you do happen to find a need for anything. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed our morning coffee on the sweet patio. This is one of our all-time favorite VRBO finds!

Live like a local

The experience at this property could not be better. This new home is light and airy with a beautifully landscaped private outdoor setting, and a clean and contemporary artfully appointed interior. It is within walking distance to the ocean, wine tasting and purchase, shopping, restaurants, the farmers market, and entertainment. Every morning we walked in a different direction through the neighborhoods. Countless day trips are within easy reach.Lang and Kit are most gracious hosts who shared their suggestions and time with us, checked in during our stay, and made sure we wanted for nothing - we didn’t - everything we needed was here including the fully stocked kitchen. We cooked a lot! TV and sound bar are great as is internet access. This was probably the best rental experience we have had!

My stay at this Santa Barbara cottage was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The home was exactly as described—beautifully maintained, spotless upon arrival, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed to feel comfortable. The layout was spacious and inviting, with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for me to prepare meals. And the terrace was perfect for entertaining friends.The décor struck the perfect balance between modern style and cozy charm, which made the space feel both welcoming and luxurious. The bedroom was comfortable, with high-quality linens and a bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive—clean, well-designed, and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.One of the highlights of this property was the outdoor space. Whether I was enjoying our morning coffee on the patio, having dinner in the evening, or simply soaking in the sunlight. it quickly became one of my favorite parts of the home. The location was also ideal: close enough to local shops, restaurants, and attractions to be convenient, but still peaceful and private enough to truly relax.The hosts were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always ready to answer questions or provide helpful recommendations. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations in every way.

Like family

This is was best housing situation I could have asked for staying in SB for work. Upon my arrival Lang and Kit were so welcoming and understanding of my late arrival time. They would check in with me weekly to make sure everything was ok with me and to see if I needed anything. The cottage was so clean, cozy, and exactly the escape I needed from work. They truly do everything they can to create a comfortable environment and are such lovely hosts. We will stay connected for years to come. Thank you!!!!!
