Property & unit was excellent! Amazing straight on view to the ocean which was only a few steps away. Everything you could think of was in the unit to make the stay so easy. Good food at onsite restaurant if you didn’t want to cook or go off property for dinner. Beautiful beach to swim/walk. The complex provided kayaks,paddle boards and beach toys free of charge. Plenty of ocean and pool side seating available. Saw many turtles each day. Communication from Jasmine was excellent. She was so on top of things she sent the gate/door codes and instructions 2 weeks prior to our departure and then again before 6am on our arrival date. Any questions she answered immediately. Absolutely a pleasure to work with!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The pool, beach and hot tub were ver nice and there is a restaurant onsite. Jasmine was very responsive and helpful with our questions.

Loved the views and clean condo with all the amenities. The restaurant on site had great food and drinks. They even had live music by a guy named Dan which made the visit very memorable as he was very talented. The pool and hot tub area were excellent. Everyone we talked to was nice and very friendly. Would highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the highly populated tourist spots.

Fantastic place off the beaten path.

This is a beautiful condo, oceanfront, nicely equipped and located adjacent to Northwest Point National Park - which means no surrounding development and miles of pristine beaches with very few people. If you like peace, quiet and beauty, this is the place for you. The 4 mile dirt road is easily navigated by any passenger vehicle, and the convenience of all the islands attractions are a short 20 to 30 minute drive. Jasmine was excellent to deal with and very timely in communications.

Jasmine was a very responsive host if we had questions. She answered right away. We had everything we needed in the condo, including beach towels, beach umbrella, chairs, a cooler. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The restaurant also had delicious food and drinks. Beds were very comfy and the condo was clean. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive from Provo, but it was so quiet and peaceful being away from everything. We had a rental car which was more cost efficient than hiring a driver. We loved our stay (with our family of 5) here!

40th Birthday Girl's Trip

Overall, this property was perfect for our trip. Very clean, and spacious for the 3 of us. Felt very safe with the locked gate and security guard on duty at night. Perfect location, out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the island. We loved walking to the National Park, just steps away from the condo. We loved that there were some games in the condo for entertainment at night. You must have a rental car, I highly encourage a jeep or similar, as the location is quite a distance from everything. We brought some groceries with us, but also found the grocery store as the restaurant on-site has very limited hours. We also brought our own laundry detergent from home, after asking about if it was provided, we were informed that there were 3 pods provided but we would be expected to replace them. The host provides some beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys, plenty of beach towels. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in Provo. The only complaint we had was just the lack of communication from the host. They were responsive to emails and questions prior to the trip, but once we were checked in, we never had communication with them again, even after texting them.

Fantastic location and layout, maintenance issues

I gave this property 4 stars because NorthWest Point is an amazing complex (we have stayed there 5 times), and this apartment has a fantastic location - fully beach front on the 2nd floor. It was our 2nd stay in this property. Overall, the property is clean and decently stocked, but there are many maintenance issues. The manager Jasmine was extremely responsive and helpful, and did her best to address the problems as they came up. Some of the issues:The large TV in the living room area did not function for our whole trip. There were serious issues with the cold water pressure - which resulted in showers being way too hot and unpleasant.There is no curtain on one of the 2 patio doors in the living room, making the pull-out couch difficult to use as a bed (sunrise at 6:14am). There was no full-size blanket or quilt to use with this bed. This bed is also very uncomfortable and creaky.One of the drawers in the master bedroom dresser actually fell apart, another kept getting stuck.There were a whole bunch of smaller issues like broken rail and soap holder on the dishwasher, split screens on patio doors, broken lint screen in dryer, front door keypad didn't function, etc. None of these seriously impacted our stay, but just make the place feel like it is deteriorating.The property was priced lower than other similar properties at NWP, so it was still a good value for us.

Lovely stay, stressful check out, disturbed trip

Host Jasmine was helpful before our trip, answering all questions. Condo is lovely, beautiful remote location what we expected. However issues came up in our 4 day stay and management response compounded them so that I can’t leave a completely positive review. During our stay, a balcony railing loosened and became unsafe to lean on. I alerted Jasmine and agreed she could send maintenance. I asked we be notified when they were coming, was told yes, but they came unannounced to look at it. Couldn’t be repaired before we left. On the morning we had to checkout we were removing our food from the freezer and found it wasn’t working. Spoiled food had to be thrown out. I left a message for Jasmine as soon as I knew. 15 minutes before check out time the cleaning staff came in and started walking through all the rooms in the condo while we were still gathering up our belongings. I tried to speak with her but she acted as if she didn’t understand and didn’t wait outside. Her presence brought a hurried stress but we were out by 11:00 check out time. At 7pm, one of our group realized they left a phone behind. Called Jasmine asap hoping to contact new guest, make a plan to retrieve it. Jasmine wouldn’t allow it. It would disturb the guests. She’d contact them, get back to us in AM. But it wasn’t until PM we were told to ring phone so guest could listen for it and it’s battery was dead. 2days later still not allowed to talk to new guests, flight home w/no phone. Definitely disturbed.

Thank you for the review Debrah! I’m happy you provided us with a 4star! You were alerted of the maintenance coming over during our conversation for the railing when you reported it. I’m surprised you said unannounced when you are aware they were coming. Unfortunately we never got a response from you when I messaged you of the time frame. You expressed your concern mainly for the safety of other guests as your weight could still lean on it. We never got a report about the freezer not working and we would addressed it immediately as we did with the railing. There’s still currently no issues with the freezer prior to or after your stay. Perhaps you didn’t close it properly As per the housekeepers they knocked per routine to advise you they are here and normally stay outside unless invited to come inside. However they wouldn’t let themselves in the unit especially when guest is still inside. Pertaining the cellphone you contacted us roughly 35hours after your stay, stating you believe you may have left the phone in the unit and possibly fell between the couch. I advised you we have guest in-house and cannot enter the unit to search for the phone but would advise them to listen for a call. The following day I reached out to you stating the guest is now in the unit you can call the phone but got no response for several hours and when you finally responded the guest were no longer in the unit. Our guest had all the rights to not allow us in the unit to search for a phone that doesn’t belong to them during their vacation. After they checked out myself and the cleaning crew search thoroughly and did not find the phone. I message you advising that we didn’t find it and got no response.

The location of the condo is top notch! It is roomy, comfortable and has all the amenities you could want. Our favorite part was the back balcony that overlooks the ocean. It extends farthest away from the building and is the closest balcony to the water, giving you a feeling of exclusivity even though you are in proximity to the other condos. The beach had 7 or 8 areas with chairs and umbrellas and we never had an issue with fighting for space. The pool and hot tub area in between the 2 separate buildings is spacious and very pretty. The water was warm and there are plenty of chairs to go around. The location on Northwest Point is exactly what we were looking for! We drove into the Grace Bay area which is beautiful, but much more crowded and congested than the Northwest Point area. Jasmine was very quick to respond when messaged. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

My husband and I have been to Northwest Point several times and this was another great trip. This condo is completely equipped with everything you could need, clean and great beachfront location. Jasmine is an awesome property manager and great to work with. She is easy to contact and always a quick and pleasant response. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful Experience

I have stayed at many vacation rentals and Jasmine was by far the most communicative manger I have ever dealt with. She always responded almost immediately and she and her husband Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Seriously, they were amazing. This condo has what I think is the best view of the resort. Very clean, lovely, pleasant decor, comfy beds and everything you need in the kitchen to cook in. Included coolers, beach towels, and 2 snorkel and fin sets to take to the beach, which was wonderful. Just a short walk to the National Park is a lovely area with some small reefs. We snorkel there and my daughter saw a ray which was fun. We loved the quiet, easy atmosphere of the resort and enjoyed lounging in the pool and hot tub. We hope to come back soon as we had a wonderful experience all around with this rental.
