Enjoy Ocean Views from This 7th Floor Studio

Come enjoy a week at Rehoboth Beach! Just steps to the boardwalk and beach. No need to drive once you are here. Restaurants, shops and Funland are all within walking distance from One Virginia.

Enjoy the Ocean Views from this Studio! This unit was recently updated with new furnishings. Unit is located on the 7th Floor on the North Side of the building. Unit offers an open kitchen, Keurig machine and regular coffeemaker, a walk-in shower, a Queen bed, a Queen sleeper sofa and a dividing wall between the main bed and living area. Building offers a pool with views of the Ocean. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a storage unit for all your beach gear. TV offers enhanced cable.

This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Linens include sheets, towels & beach towels for the max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.

Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.

Building offers free wifi, shared coined laundry.

Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Great Condo!

Great condo! Great location! Very clean and wonderful views!! The only downside is the water pressure in the shower which I believe is a building issue but otherwise perfect!!

I need some accommodation for a disability, and the apartment has a great one: a walk in shower, and the and grab bars. It was clean and looked like it had been recently renovated . Only problem was the mattress was too soft.

We did enjoy our stay in this condo. This is our third year in it although I do think that they need to better equipped out with things in the room as far as the kitchen there are really no cooking supplies as far as utensils pots and pans they're very very very limited. And it is a nice condo but we feel it could be updated !

Shady side of One Virginia

Spacious with nice ocean view. Very convenient to everything. Parking is a real plus. The TV stopped working on the last day.
