We loved the neighborhood and the close proximity to things without being too close. Place was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
This guest house was very nice and cozy although NO A/C which we could have used as it was very warm inside. We opened all the windows for some cool air. Some windows had no screens so they had to be closed at night. The couch was SUPER small and not fit for a man 6' 4" so I would advise for others to keep that in mind as it is uncomfortable for any length of time to sit on. It is more a tiny depth couch for very small people (kids). It was sufficient for the 2 night stay.
The owners are very communicative and respond to emails quickly which is nice.
Very nice neighborhood with good distance to downtown which is convenient.
OVERALL 5 STARS!!! THANK YOU!
