La Perla - Bungalowanlage DIRECTLY by the sea

This private, family complex, in which the bungalow is located, is located on a rock right on the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism, you can relax on the property - in the first row - (no road and no road between the sea and the property!) with tropical garden (Bougainvillea, palm trees, hibiscus, cactus, etc.) with the sound of the sea, but without car noise, very well recover.
In the kitchen you can prepare your food and enjoy it at the small bar or on the terrace.
In the living area we offer a TV with German channels (receiver for satellite, over 100 channels).
There is a free safe.
The terrace with sea views offers two sun loungers, 3-4 chairs, table, umbrella and clothes horse.
Wi-Fi internet is available for a fee.

The bungalow itself is a non-smoking bungalow, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Regulars have come year after year for over 20 years.

The roof top terrace was great and the pool lovely although small with only 5 or 6 beds. However the accommodation is very tired and needs a major refurb, although functional. Parking is very limited. And very few restaurants close by. Lots of restaurants but at 30 min walk. 2 nice beeches 2 min walk.

I enjoyed staying here with the terrific views even from the inside couch. No need to go to beach to enjoy the sound of the waves. No pantry supplies, like salt or pepper. But good tools for cooking. Construction noise from bungalow renovation next door is not consistent. Nearby Supermarket Gama has reasonable product selection. Bus to large supermarket is just 2.80€ roundtrip. I took my carryon suitcase!

Sehr schön mit kleinen Abstrichen

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Anlage selbst war top gepflegt. Schöner kleiner Pool mit Liegen und schöner Garten. Das Inventar meines Bungalows war zweckmäßig. Positiv, dass an Küchengeräten nichts gefehlt hat. Die sonstige Ausstattung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Ausblick aus meinem Bungalow war fantastisch. Großes Problem für mich war die Parkplatzsituation. Einen Parkplatz zu finden war wenn überhaupt gehen 20-21 Uhr möglich. Ich haben jeden Tag ewig einen Parkplatz gesucht. Sogar sämtliches Halteverbot war zugestellt. Das man immer irgendwo einen Parkplatz findet, ist schlichtweg falsch. Am zweiten Tag wollte ich mich zwischen zwei Ausflügen etwas an den Pool legen. Nach 30 min Suche, bin ich an dem Strand nach Maspalomas gefahren, weil ich absolut nirgends einen Parkplatz habe finden können. Es gab nicht mal die Möglichkeit zu halten. Zweiter Kritikpunkt: Es ist mittlerweile so warm, dass man über eine Klimaanlage nachdenken sollte.

Résidence à taille humaine

Une petite résidence à taille humaine très bien entretenue. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine très agréable. Le logement, un peu vieillot mais très propre, a une très belle situation. Une terrasse sans vis à vis avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le gros point noir étant la capacité du parking et il est assez compliqué de trouver une place. Ne vous garez pas en dehors des places, même en pleine nuit, la police passe à 3h du matin (100€ d'amende). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le calme et avec le bruit des vagues, nous reviendrons.

Oui, lorsque vous vous garez, vous devez vous assurer que vous vous garez légalement. Mieux vaut attendre un peu ou se garer quelques mètres plus loin. + schöne unterkunft, top lage - genau wie auf den bildern. verbesserungen: - reservierter parkplatz wäre schön. oftmals durch viele badegäste komplett überfüllt - keine klimaanlage, ok – aber vielleicht ein ventilator o. ä. wäre toll. alles in allem super!

Traumblick, einfach und praktisch mit guter Verwaltung

Die Fewo ist praktisch geschnitten, so dass der Platz gut genutzt wird. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber ebenso funktional. Es gibt zwei Terrassen, eine mitunter stürmische zur Meerseite mit Traumblick und eine kleine zum Garten. Die Ausstattung ist schon älter, so dass es bei uns zu einem nächtlichen Wasserrohrbruch im Boiler kam. Das erfreuliche daran ist die gut funktionierende deutschsprachige Verwaltung, so dass der Schaden bereits am nächsten Morgen während unseres Frühstücks behoben wurde. Von der Anlage gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Strand, im Liegebereich aus Kieseln und im Badebereich aus dunklen Sand bestehend. Die Infrastruktur im Umkreis des Strandes ist teilweise geschlossen und nicht so schön anzusehen. Das Meeresrauschen ist in der Wohnung gut zu hören, was Urlaubsstimmung verbreitet. Ansonsten ist es ruhig, bis auf die sporadischen Kartrennen und Übungsflüge vom naheglegenen Kleinflughafen. Direkt neben der Anlage befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, der sowohl von den Anliegern, als auch von Strandgängern genutzt wird. Wir fanden aber doch immer einen Parkplatz, auch wenn es manchmal knapp war.
