La Perla - Bungalowanlage DIRECTLY by the sea

This private, charming complex in which the bungalow is located on a rock overlooking the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle of pubs and shopping malls you can relax on the property - in the first row - (no road and no road between the sea and the property - we are on the sea!) with tropical garden (Bougainvillea, palm trees, hibiscus, cactus, etc.) with the sound of the sea, but without car noise, very well recover.
In the kitchen (stove-4 plates, coffee press, kettle, fridge, etc.) you can prepare (with sea view) the food and also the meal, with pleasure, take.
In the living area we offer a TV with German channels (receiver for satellite, over 100 channels).
There is a free safe.
The terrace with sea views offers you two sun loungers with cushions, 3-4 chairs, table, umbrella and tumble dryer.
A tropical plant bed borders the garden area.
Washer and dryer with coins that you can buy in the reception.
Wi-Fi internet for a fee.

The bungalow itself is a non-smoking bungalow, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Zum ersten Mal auf der Insel

Wir haben uns für eine Unterkunft im Süden entschieden. Mit La perla am Meer am Aquila Strand tolle Unterkunft gefunden. Es ist eine kleine feine Einheit mit direktem Strandzugang. Wir konnten von da aus bis zum Leuchtturm in Maspalomas laufen. Auf der gut ausgebauten Autobahn ist man schnell im Norden. Ein Mietwagen stellsze sich für uns als lohnenswert dar. Wanderwege sind beschrieben. Wobei auch nur kleine Wanderungen bei den Temperaturen im August Herausforderungen sind. Alle Personen mit denen wir Kontakt hatten, waren super nett. Es ist eine Urlaubsinsel......

Bungalow 17

We hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad. De bungalow zag er groot en schoon uit. Keuken voorzien van benodigdheden. 2 badkamers, met prima douche, badmeubel en toilet. Enige minpunt aan de badkamer was dat het warme water snel koud was, vooral met 5 personen. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers, met grote kasten, veel bergruimte voor kleding, heerlijk. 1 slaapkamer met een ventilator ander niet, waardoor het best warm is, helemaal met een hittegolf. Verder in de bungalow is er geen airco of ventilator, dat is een minpunt want de warmte blijft in het huisje, ook met de deuren open. Het 5 bed mistte de 1e dag, er was alleen n matras, contact met de agent en de dag erna was er een bed. Vanwege vele gezinnen waren er bedden tekort, daar horen ze wel rekening mee te houden vinden wij. Park zelf is klein, gemoedelijk, zwembad groot genoeg voor 22 bungalows. Schoonmaak en handdoek wissel is niet goed beschreven in de uitleg, schone handdoeken kosten 10 euro per persoon. Of een wasmachine muntje van 4 euro. Gelukkig dat de schoonmaakster zo lief was om ons schone handdoeken te geven 2x, want met 5 personen wordt dat wel duur. Omgeving op loopafstand is weinig te doen. Strand is geen zandstrand maar stenen strand, dat vonden woj jammer. Al met al een prima week gehad, maar zou er niet langer dan n week willen blijven.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you had a nice week with us. Thank you also for pointing out that the hot water was running out for you with the thermal baths. The problem has not been mentioned to us before. Since climate change has recently led to hotter weather in summer, we gradually installed fans in the bedrooms. Until now, you could borrow a mobile fan if you needed it. However, we decided against air conditioning for ecological reasons. But also because the extremely high electricity costs on the Canary Islands would drive up the rental price significantly, which we don’t want for our guests. With the extra beds, there was unfortunately a misplanning on my part, which I am very sorry about. We have never needed so many of them. We will arrange this properly again in the future. Actually, the information is that the first set of bed linen and towels for the bathroom is included in the price of the bungalow. In fact, it is not exchanged regularly, as in hotels, for example. The price is 5€/person for towels AND sheets. €10 would be towels for five people. Here, as well as with the washing coins, we only pass on the cost price to our guests. Electricity and water is the unfortunately very, very expensive in the Canary Islands. I hope I was able to give some insights and explanations. Only about the information of the beach I am surprised. The beach is sandy. In the upper area there can be more or less stones, depending on how the weather and tides wash up or wear away the sand. At low tide there is a very wide sandy beach twice a day. I've never experienced that differently in forty years or heard anything else from guests. If you only experienced the beach at high tide, I am very sorry. I would be very happy if we could welcome you again so that you can also enjoy the sandy beach.

Super Urlaub und tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Bungalow war direkt vorne am Wasser und der Blick ist unbezahlbar. Ansonsten passte auch alles. Es war sauber, tolle Bäder, funktionell eingerichtet. Pool und Anlage sehr gepflegt. Lediglich die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht so gut. Da kann die Unterkunft nur bedingt etwas für. Wir würden wiederkommen.

No lo recomiendo

Varias cosas a decir. Al llegar el apartamento estaba limpio, pero en los 11 días que estuvimos nadie vino a limpiar, ni cambiar sabanas ni toallas. Se supone que debes hacerlo tú, pidiéndolo en recepción, que solo abre una hora 3 días a la semana. Hay cucarachas, y muy grandes algunas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, un calor infernal en la habitación, lo comunicamos dos veces y vinieron ha arreglarlo el día que nos íbamos. (Solo hay aire en una habitación, la otra es un horno). Está bonito, pero muy alejado de todo, ir andando al pueblo más cercano es difícil, así que sin coche no puedes moverte, y el problema es el aparcamiento. Muy difícil aparcar, siempre lleno de coches buscando sitio. La experiencia no ha sido del todo satisfactoria, no repetiriamos aquí.

Wir waren Ende Juli/ Anfang August zwei Wochen in der wunderschönen kleinen Anlage. Beschreibung und Fotos ließen viel erwarten. Unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen! Es ist dort ideal für Gäste, die Schönheit und Ruhe schätzen! Vielen Dank an Katharina vor Ort!

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Super Ausblick. Sehr ruhig. Kein Massentourismus. Kleine Supermärkte gleich in der Nähe (4 Minuten). Schöne entspannte Ferien möglich. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten, ob mit Bus oder Auto. Jederzeit wieder.
