Fantastically located villa with pool and boat jetty

You will never be bored - Florida has many faces.
So you can from this gorgeous villa from great trips such as the nearby beaches, to one of the many parks or to Key West. - Your holiday becomes a life full of wonderful events.

This is what your dream vacation in Florida can look like if you do not just spend your day on the beautiful, large pool terrace with a refreshing dip in the beautiful saltwater pool in between. Sunbathers can of course also use the boat deck on the water and listen to the soft chuckle of the waves beating or read a good book. The tropical garden makes you forget about everyday life.

Enjoy Villa Key West with all your options. It is well equipped and furnished for 8 people. Through the large bright living area, you enter the master bedroom with bathroom on the left and the guest rooms on the right side of the house. Close to the kitchen, which is located in the center of the house, are the dining room and the breakfast area.

You should start the day with a typical American breakfast. The best way to end the day with one of the spectacular sunsets is to lay down a good steak with the insight ... just a life filled with wonderful events.

Welcome to the Villa Key West

We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dishwashing liquid and some dishwashing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
Beach towels, Beach chairs, Beach Umbrella and a cooler are also provided.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.

Family vacation

This was an excellent house! Very well kept. The pool was amazing! Everyone loved it! I wasn’t very impressed with the communication with the staff. We had a weekend phone number and there was hardly ever a response to any of my questions! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of stuff to do in the surrounding area!

Relaxing fun

We found the property to be everything it said it was and more. Our kids loved the pool spending every day in it even at night with the pool lights it was fantastic and very nice temperature for us ( we came down from Mi ) the house has plenty of space for our family and my Aunt and uncle too they enjoyed the home and the pool too. The only down part was we rented a boat to use at the house but found out a few days before coming to FL it couldn’t be delivered here because it’s a freshwater canal but other than that we had a wonder time plenty of towels and beach items too tons of pool toys as well. Enjoyed our time here for Christmas with family

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Das Haus sowie die Einrichtung war genau wie beschrieben und lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus wie hier in Cape Coral. Alles war gepflegt und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage und kommen gerne wieder.

Awesome property

Loved everything about this house. Impressed the moment we walked through the front door. The house is nicely decorated and clean. Would highly recommend this property . Loved that the house is on a canal. Enjoyed fishing and all the different wildlife. Nice quiet neighborhood and good restaurants and shopping close by.

Endlich wieder Florida!

Aufenthalt im Januar 2022 zurück aus dem Urlaub denken wir gerne an die wunderschöne "Villa Key West" in Cape Coral zurück. Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und alles, was für Bad und Küche benötigt wird (Geschirr/ Handtücher etc) ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Auch die Terrasse ist schön ausgestattet, was wir jeden Morgen schon beim Frühstück genossen haben, genauso wie den angenehm warmen Pool. Die Lage des Hauses am Kanal ist herrlich ruhig und hat uns sehr gefallen. Bedanken möchten wir uns für die freundliche Kommunikation mit BMI, die Begrüßung durch Janna und das nette Abschlussgespräch mit Angelika. Unser Fazit: 2 Wochen Erholung pur in einem Haus, das auf unserer Liste weit oben steht und in das wir gerne irgendwann zurück kommen würden. Andrea und Gerhard

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this very well accommodated home. One of the most well stocked rentals I have stayed in from beach towels and chairs to a cooler and every kitchen gadget one could need. Drawbacks, numerous screens damaged in the pool area which management was aware of however not repaired (only 1 of several fixed) which meant a daily struggle with hundreds of bugs in the water. Also had an ant issue in the master bathroom and by the front door which an exterminator came out for the day following notification of management however the ants continued to come in and would then die (most of them) all over the floor. The pool fountains and waterfall pictured are broken and non functioning. Overall I would still definitely recommend this home and would stay again.
