All our houses and apartments are in our administration and are subject to the high quality standards of BMI International. The costs for water, garbage disposal, cable TV and telephone (regional) are included in the price

Electricity: $0.16 kw/h + Tax, you take a picture of the electricity meter at check in and right before check out by phone and send via Text free or WhatsApp to BMI
The average costs are between $70 and $90 +tax per week – depending on personal use (Jacuzzi, Pool Heater)
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
We offer a starter Kit with 1 Toilet paper for each Bathroom, small dish soap and a few dishwasher tabs, Hand soap and Disinfectants, fresh dishcloth and a roll of Paper towels.
Beach towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella and Cooler are provided.
The rent is up to 4 people, each additional guest will be charged with the displayed fee
