Villa Pelican Bay
Beautifully and centrally located, the "Villa Pelican Bay" quickly lets you forget everyday life. This friendly and modernly furnished holiday villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Fully equipped with enough dishes, towels and bed linen for 6 people, you only need to bring your holiday mood with you to enjoy Florida. Sunbathing by the pool or on one of the nearby beaches will be just as unforgettable as one of the many leisure opportunities in the surrounding area. All our houses and apartments are in our administration and are subject to the high quality standards of BMI International. The costs for water, garbage disposal, cable TV and telephone (regional) are included in the price
Free Wi-Fi 200, Water and TV.
Electricity: $0.16 kw/h + Tax, you take a picture of the electricity meter at check in and right before check out by phone and send via Text free or WhatsApp to BMI
The average costs are between $70 and $90 +tax per week – depending on personal use (Jacuzzi, Pool Heater)
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
We offer a starter Kit with 1 Toilet paper for each Bathroom, small dish soap and a few dishwasher tabs, Hand soap and Disinfectants, fresh dishcloth and a roll of Paper towels.
Beach towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella and Cooler are provided.
The rent is up to 4 people, each additional guest will be charged with the displayed fee
Children under 3 years are free

Great Family Time and Relaxation!

This is a great house and decorated beautiful. This house was the MOST clean vrbo house we have ever stayed at. It was a nice treat to find four frozen beer mugs in freezer when we arrived. All the beds were real comfy and we slept like babies. We spent most of the time in the pool and spa which were fantastic. The master bath is very spacious and shower huge. The jets in the jacuzzi tub did not work but the tub is big and very comfortable. My bubble baths were great so I didn't even miss the jets. We loved the huge TV and living room furniture. We brought some board games so we had so much fun sitting around the kitchen table playing. The property is in a very quit area and the Birds of Pardise flowers by pool and in front of house were breathtaking. The property is about 45 mins to beach but for us we knew that before booking and we were fine driving. We did not want to go everyday to beach so it was perfect. I actually left my house without my beach tent so I am happy to report this house has beach umbrellas, which saved the day. We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. BMI is wonderful and very professional. Check in and out was very easy. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

Absolutely beautiful property

Everything was just as described. Beautiful home. Wish we didn't have to leave. It was so quiet and peaceful. Great pool and dock where there was a family of turtles that liked to visit us. The only issue we had was the TV took a little time to figure out how it worked and the tv in one of the bedrooms did not work, the remote was missing.

Unfortunately when booking this property through home away it described this house in a completely different location than it really was...30 minutes difference which was disappointing (which we did not discover until week prior to arrrival). The company has since fixed this issue since bringing it to their attention. The house was very well kept and accommodating.

A few problems

Basically the property is quite nice, however we were without cable TV or Internet for 5 days. It took until Wednesday to get this rectified. In the meantime, we were told by the management company that it would be addressed. We ended up having to call the Mgt Co a number of times to inquire about the status. Seemed like we got the run-around. On top of all that, the Owner only gave us a $35 discount! Also... be careful - they charge quite a bit extra for electricity! We were billed $135 for a weeks worth! I don't pay that much for a month at home and have a hottub as well. And since we didn't have TV or Internet, I can't quite figure out why we used so much! I have asked a few times for clarification, both by email and by phone - and haven't gotten an answer that satisfies me. Probably not going to return... sorry.
