Stay in Fairbanks

This was a nice and clean place to stay. The owners even had extra things like a hair straightener that came in handy. They checked on us to make sure everything was going good. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Very clean and well provided apartment. Owner was great at communicating and very kind. He even got quarters for us for the laundry. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Thank you, Shon, for your hospitality!

Excellent stay

Great place with everything needed. No complaints at all. Improvement: Parking space numbers on building should be reflective for night arrival. Voices from the other apts might be audible but was not disruptive. Highly recommend!

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if in the area - furnishings were well appointed and comfortable. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Shon was easy to reach and was able to address our issue with entering the apartment quickly upon arrival. He was friendly with a professional manner - so much appreciated. Thank you Shon!

Good Location

This is a nice one bedroom unit conveniently located to most things in Fairbanks. The property is as described, well kept, and comfortable. As far as any negatives on the amenities of the unit; there is no central air or elevator. to the apartment's level. These were not serious negatives for my stay as an open window and fan kept the unit cool and I had no issues walking up the 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. This unit is good, basic, accommodation.

Great place

Apartment was clean, spacious and updated. Perfect fit for two of us. Kitchen was equipped with the basic kitchen needs, neat and organized. Apartment complex was very quiet, we heard no noises from anyone while we were there, although to be honest we weren’t in very much. ..To many things to do and see. Shon was a responsive host who added little touches like snacks and drinks, to show he cared.
