This VRBO gave a good home base to chase the Northern Lights, to get good rest, and give each of us a space for alone time. Really appreciated the space.

Trip to Fairbanks
Good visit. Nice downtown + Chena river area, Chena hot springs, pioneer park, etc.
The property was great! Good location, warm beds, kitchen stocked with everything if you want to cook and eat. Dining table was big enough for the 5 of us. Heat and hot water good..
The house was centrally located, well furnished and in good condition. The host made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!!!
Had a good time. Nice downtown area and things to see + Chena river walking areas. Visited Chena hot springs, Pioneer park and lots of other fun stuff. Did some hiking. Lots of good breweries and distilleries too. And went to a Fairbanks Goldpanners baseball game.
The location was great and the owner was very accommodating and helpful. While the place was clean and spacious, there were a lot items left behind in drawers and closets including clothing and old food from what I would assume was previous guests. The kitchen could be a lot more presentable if items were cleaned out and organized (and it needs more than 3 coffee cups). Overall, it worked for our stay but a few small changes and tidiness would make it excellent.
We had a great time experiencing Alaska's interior from this
base. We adventure out to Ester Dome to see the Northern Lights and so many other great memories. Including -48 degrees. We were always toasty in the house!

Our family came to Fairbanks to see our youngest son graduate from University of Alaska at Fairbanks. The rental was amazing! It was clean, and the owner was very easy to reach. If we had a question, we would definitely recommend anyone who's going to Fairbanks to stay here in this condo

Very nice comfortable rental. Bennie the host was extremely accomodating and lives on the top floor of this split level. Fully stocked and very clean. Must say with it being below zero for our entire visit, the outside walls were quite chilly.
One of the cleanest VRBO we have ever set foot in. Very large and roomy. Huge TV, nice kitchen, convenient location, quiet and comfortable. We walked to Fred Meyer for groceries, to Brewsters for dinner, Big Rays for gloves and hats and to our friends house. Very comfortable bed. The unit has its own driveway which was super convenient. We used the washer and dryer so we came home with clean clothes. I highly recommend this property.
The layout is very spacious and very clean. The kitchen is open and very easy to move around in and beds were comfortable. Our bathroom needed a little fix up because the toilet roll holder was missing and shower handle very tight. We mostly noticed that there was no lake view. From below, we could only see under the deck stairs and an old shed in the fenced in backyard. Mentioned to the host and he said he has been trying to get approval to cut down the bushes that obstruct any lake view. Host was very responsive to our requests and very nice. He lives on other side of house.

It was a nice place and Bennie was nice. Couple issues, he should leave instructions on how to operate things. It does need a little TLC The blinds were broke, and we had to buy some of own supplies like toilet paper. The driveway was really slick and had to be very careful. Overall it was a really nice place and I would go back. He just needs to address some of the issues.
We were hoping to see the lake and enjoy some pretty views from inside. Communication with the owner was a little challenging. But once we got a hold of him, he was able to answer our question. The Evole website was frustrating.
The house was perfect for a family. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of blankets, and the host left little bottles of travel sized supplies which was a thoughtful touch.
The kitchen was stocked with the normal pots and pans as well as an instant pot and slow cooker, and a variety of spices and some condiments in the fridge. Coffee and tea was on the counter. The TV was connected to Amazon and gave a welcome downtime between museums and the evening Ice Show.
The house was a few minutes from everything: great location!
The host was quickly responsive to questions and provided a lovely place to stay for week.
This property was very clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with everything and good products. The bathrooms were also equipped with good products and super clean. It is in a good location and seem to be close to almost everything. Benny was a very nice man who lived up upstairs. The only trouble we had was getting in the front door and I’m glad we wouldn’t have gotten in. The only thing I didn’t really care for was the fact that it was a shared laundry facility. Even that would have been OK, but it was sort of messy than that… Excellent.

Clean, Comfortable and Cozy
Went there to attend our granddaughter's graduation from UAF. The home was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Tea and coffee on the counter was very much appreciated. Everything a family needs to prepare meals are available for use. Great location, quiet neighborhood and your own parking spot to the right of the house. Washer and dryer available but we did not need to use.Our host Bennie, was friendly and very responsive. Bennie was a great communicator provided great instructions for checking out as well. The location is literally 10 minutes away from anywhere within the city. The master bath could use some handles inside the shower for an elderly person to grab on to when entering and exiting the tub. There are 5 stairs to go down into the unit.I will definitely be staying there should we head back to Fairbanks.
This home was perfect for our needs and we were comfortable staying here. It was welcoming to come home to after a long day of activities. It was clean and tidy. It is very modern and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need (even coffee). They supplied toiletries in the bathrooms. There was a closet full of extra linens should you need them. They offer a washer and dryer. The host was very responsive to all my texts and emails. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay great. The house is perfectly located in Fairbanks, not too far from anything. The unit is located in the bottom of the home while the upstairs is occupied. Noise was never a problem. We shared the same front door but once you walk inside the stairwell, there is a locking door that goes down to the downstairs unit. The neighborhood is quaint and safe. You will be happy if you stay here!

This property was extremely clean and very beautiful inside. We met the owner and he was very kind. We did not have access to the patio. It would have been nice to have an outside area to enjoy.
We were in Fairbanks for my son’s baseball tournament and it was only a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to the fields. Super convenient and nice neighborhood for walking. The inside of the house is just as advertised but the outside yard area could use a little TLC. No big deal, just an observation. Overall great stay, super clean and appreciated all the homey touches and amenities to make you feel at home. Would definitely stay here again when in Fairbanks.
