Extra Clean, Fully Renovated Beachfront Three Bedroom Condo on Madeira Beach 🏖️

This Beachfront Condo overlooks the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and sits directly on the white sandy beach of Madeira Beach. Villa Madeira is a direct beachfront building consisting of 50 units; all facing west. Our large private screened in balcony offers spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy a walk on the beach, watch the dolphins play, take a swim in the pool or just relax.

Right across the street is the famous Candy Kitchen as well as a popular Cafe'/Coffeehouse, the Sweet Brewnette. The newest restaurant is Caddy's, just a few steps away right on the Beach! Also within walking distance is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk where you'll find shopping, fishing, dining and entertainment. It's family-friendly fun on the Gulf Coast! We are located about 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport which makes this Condo the perfect beach vacation getaway.

Our unit, #209 is completely updated with everything in mind to make your vacation an enjoyable one. Spend time doing whatever makes you happy in our “home away from home”. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, quartz countertops and a pantry closet. You can sit at the counter or enjoy a meal at the dining table. The living room and all bedrooms have wall mounted Smart TV’s with free wireless internet. The master bedroom has a King Bed with attached closet and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed plus a Twin Bed. The 3rd bedroom has a Twin Bed and full-size washer & dryer.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Leave all used sheets/blankets on beds. Start washing machine with a load of towels (please keep the bath & beach towels separate). Leave any remaining dirty towels on the floor in laundry room.
Make sure all beach chairs & towels are accounted for (6 of each).
Remember to leave all keys and parking permit on kitchen counter. Close sliding glass doors & lock the front door when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not keep the sliding glass doors open while air conditioning is on. It causes condensation in duct work and the a/c coil to freeze.
Keep thermostat set on “COOL” and “FAN / AUTO” (not “FAN / ON” or “OFF”) to automatically circulate air. Max temperature of 75 in Winter / 77 Summer.

This condo was perfect! I would highly recommend! Great location, great amenities, etc. Girls aged 7 and 9 could not get enough of playing in the warm Gulf! Lots of fun beach toys for them to use also! Hoping to return!

Heated pool. Direct beach access with cabanas. Convienient to John's Pass and Treasure Island. Cafe with good coffee and breakfast right across the street. Excellent assortment of kids games and pleanty of beach toys and really sturdy beach chairs. Coolers, umbrella, beach games. The kitchen has high quality dishwasher, fridge, pots and pans, silverware and a good supply of dishes cups plasticware. K-cup, regular drip coffee maker, toaster, griddle, mixer...every item possible for complete cooking experience.Definitely would recommend this property.

A nice place for a family vacation

The space of the condo was great. I have 3 elementary school aged kids and having enough space when we travel is always a challenge. The 2 bedrooms gave the kids options and the master on the other end of the condo ensured we wouldn't wake them after they went to bed. The beach was very nice. Its far enough away from the public beach to give a very private feel. Its close to shops and restaurants and it was very easy to get to Tampa or St. Petersburgh when we needed to.

Great time on Mad Beach

The owners of this property are friendly, attentive and thoughtful. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything you could need for a great beach week. AC works great. Beds are comfortable. We will be back again! This building is in a great location for Madeira Beach just a short walk to everything and the Candy Kitchen is across the street. Thank you!!

Beautiful beach stay

This was a beautiful property with beautiful views. We had a few amazing sunsets and dolphin sightings. Only a couple little hiccups. Communication was very easy. Pros were property looks exactly as shown which is amazing and clean. Balcony has an incredible view. Loved having everything we needed for the 5 nights we stayed. A few cons were - shower pressure in spare bath was pretty low. Twin in spare bedroom was squeaky when you moved, and pillows could be firmer. But these little things would not stop us from returning to this wonderful property. I can see why Christin loves having this home away from home. Thank you for sharing it!

Wonderful Condo on Madeira Beach

My family of 5 (3 kids age 11,9 and 3) just stayed at this condo on Madeira Beach and it was wonderful! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and they had so many beach umbrellas, toys, tents, and chairs! The beach was gorgeous, the pool was heated and comfortable. So much to do in the area, we walked for coffee in the morning and ice cream at night! We also could walk to Caddy’s for to go frozen cocktails! Everyone in the building seemed so nice and friendly!! The owners were super responsive - gave their cell for any issues - but we didn’t have any at all! One of the best condos we’ve stayed in - and we hope to come back!!

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to Madeira Beach several times a year with friends and family for over 15 years now. It feels like a second home to us and our kids love it here. It's nice to be right on the beach and able to walk to nearby, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. It's very convenient and relaxing for us. We've made a lot of memories here and plan to make many more.
