About this property

Costa Blanca - Villa for 8 people with private pool near the sea

Close to the sea, Santa Pola, as well as the city of Alicante and near the airport, you will find a very nice quiet villa with private pool 9 x 5 and a wonderful idyllic garden of 2600 m2 with palm trees and tropical plants.

This villa was completely renovated in 2011. Linens, furniture and pool - everything is like new.

We do our best to make our guests feel at home and spend a dream vacation.

In the summer our gardener comes twice a week for the maintenance of the pool and the care of the garden, in the low season once a week.

For stays of 15 days, we change sheets and towels weekly.

A fabulous Villa in a tranquil setting with glorious gardens and superb swimming pool. The property is tastefully furnished and very well thought out. Plenty of crockery, utensils etc and a brilliant gas bbq. Had the most wonderful time and could highly recommend it. It is in a remote location but the most beautiful place to rest in.

Large modern well equipped villa in a very peaceful rural location, excellent size pool with steps. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the property to others. A car is essential but beaches/ restaurants and everything else you need is only 7/10 mins drive. Communication with the owner was frequent and easy. The pool and gardens are fantastic and the house is well equipped with very comfy beds!
