Centrally located in Tahoe Vista, between Tahoe City and Kings Beach, and backing up to the gorgeous National Forest, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy all aspects of Lake Tahoe simultaneously. Beach access is just minutes away while the mountains are truly in your backyard. The interior is equally ideal. The main great room boasts an open floor plan with upscale furnishings, large windows and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy conversing with the chef while the grandparents play cards at the dining table and let the kids romp around downstairs while the adults relax on the top deck amid the numerous trees and wildflowers. the refrigerator was nonfunctional for 7 of our 7 vacation days. We reported it every day. The property manager repeatedly promised assistance but never provided a repair, replacement refrigerator, or other solution besides using the deep freeze that froze all of our perishable food items. We incurred additional expenses and lost the use of a major advertised amenity for most of our stay.

Wonderful home!

Beautiful Tahoe home for my family and myself! This was a special trip as we were there for my son's wedding. The kitchen and living area is huge, bright and open. We enjoyed your home very much. I would highly recommend it!

Feb vacation

The location is central to all amenities. The house is clean and if an issue lux is quick to response. I've stayed at this location more than once and Sarah is fantastic to work with. Great family time.

Regency Way

My family and I stayed in the Regency Way house In January. It was our second time at this beautiful house. We liked everything about it. Definitely the location is the best with parks and attractions nearby. Spacious, modern furnished house with outstanding and jacuzzi. We really enjoyed time spent in this house. I rated house as four stars only for a couple things. Kitchen faucet is broken and needs to be repaired, no lights in refrigerator and some pots and pans needed to be replaced due to scratches and burned bottoms.

Outstanding place to stay!

We booked this home for my 2 sons, daughter, and son-in-law for a ski week during Christmas - could not have been better. One master upstairs with large kitchen, family room, and dining area. Downstairs has its own TV room and 3 more bedrooms - Neighborhood is great - 10 minutes from the ski lift and 5 minutes to the grocery store down the mountain. Will definitely stay again.

Family Vacay at Lake Tahoe

This was a great house. Plenty of room. Perfect sleeping accomodations for our family. Great big area to hang out in. The deck was fabulous. Great location! We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

this was a rare family gathering with sons and wives and Mama. lots of items in the kitchen, hot tub great, fireplace lovely, peace and quiet, NO skiing at this time, lots of other things available that we didn't use, close to anything that we wanted to do, beds comfortable, the new bbq was great. Fun and spacious tahoe vibe

There are not many places that can host a large group in the comfort and style that we found here. The proximity to skiing, casinos, and other activities was wonderful, while at the same time the house had a perfect secluded cabin feeling. If you're lucky enough to stay here, you'll be happy you did.

Great family house

Enjoyed our stay very much, beds were comfy and space was great for myltiple families. Bathrooms were clean and lots of towels! Could have used a few additional minutes of vacuuming prior to our arrival but we were able to make a quick pass with the vacuum in the closet. Hot tub was a huge plus.

Amazing stay, thank you!

We’re familiar with the Truckee area and we’re looking for something close to Northstar that would house our extended family with grandparents and small children. This fit the bill perfectly. The place was exactly as advertised and perhaps looks nicer in person than in the pictures. Hosts were extremely communicative and helpful, would stay here again in the future!

Great stay

We had a great time! The cabin was nice, clean, and there was plenty of room for our family to all hang out. The hot tub was great too! The only improvement that I would suggest would be a gas fire pit or some heaters on the deck. Without heat, it is just too cold to hang out on the awesome deck at night.

Perfect Location

This house was great and had plenty of room and perfect for a large family! Awesome big kitchen with great dinning table. Plenty of beds and separate space for the kids to hang-out downstairs. No cell service in this area so we had to rely on facetime calling and wifi!

Snow Fun!

This is such an amazing home to stay in for a family vacation! We had 5 adults and a dog…there was so much space and easy to get to skiing and shopping! We will definitely stay here again. The house was spacious and clean. There was an issue with the dryer and some minor repairs needed, but those are all fixable and did not interfere with our fun!

Great Layout and Location

Great location and layout for family. Owner could upgrade on the bed linens/pillows as the primary bedroom was very basic and not very comfortable. Grill worked but missing the handle that opens the grill. Overall nice property just needs a few things upgraded and/or fixed.

Wonderful Family Vacation Stay

The property was very clean and organized. We were able to find all the supplied we needed. We had a little trouble getting in the home at first. But after contacting customer support, we were able to get in right away. We were also able to text questions and get answers right away. Customer service is truly first rate. And the property feels comfortable and luxurious. My family had a truly wonderful and unforgettable time at the vacation home. Definitely a repeat stay!

We checked in Friday evening and put food in the refrigerator. The refrigerator was still warm on Saturday morning and the freezer was refrigerator temperature. We contacted management and were told that it was an energy saver and took 24 to 36 hours to come down to temperature. They did come and bring a freezer - I needed a fridge and had to put all my perishables in a cooler with ice. They were dismissive of my concerns. When we left on Monday morning, the refrigerator still was at 45 degrees and the freezer was at 35. We found a magnet on Sunday evening that says - the refrigerator is broken and does not cool. Obviously, the refrigerator issue had been going on for a while and was not being dealt with. If I'd wanted to stay in a house without a kitchen - I would have gotten a motel room. Very dissatisfied with the response.
