The space
The stunning Pounce Hall house sits on top of a hill overlooking the charming town of Saffron Walden.
Surrounding the back of the house are 3 acres of wild garden including an orchard and natural pond that leads out to local woodlands and wild meadows. Extending from the front entrance is a majestic walled lawn, perfect for catching the afternoon sun with a gin and tonic in hand.
The inside of the property celebrates the traditional features of the building and compliments them with a mix of modern and homely touches. Wooden beams and slanted ceilings frame each room, proudly speaking their history. Contemporary art and unique handmade decor show the owners love of art and the sea.
