About this property

Charming House on Private Goat Island ➺ Nature lovers. Accessible only by boat.

Our house is located on Goat Island, a small island in South Carolina on the Intracoastal Waterway behind Isle of Palms which has maintained its natural charm and beauty. It is only accessible by boat, there are no cars only a dirt path. Our simple yet cosy and stylish A-frame wooden house has exposed beams, an open living area and wonderful views. It is a great place to fish or swim from the dock, dolphin and bird watch, read on the screen porch or stargaze at night. Our location is idyllic with no houses across the waterway, just the palms of the golf course, and our backyard is part of the nature preserve on Gray Bay. You can bring your own boat and leave it on our dock, or make arrangements with a local captain who gives back and forth rides from the marina. This tiny barrier island which feel very secluded and private is actually only 5 minutes from Isle of Palm Marina.

Tranquil getaway

How nice is it to get away without the interruption of phones, tv's, etc. This house on goat offers the best of the island. Peace, quiet and rest. Just minutes away from Isle of Palms where restaurants and bustle are a plenty if you need that.
